i made a reservation for pickup in sparks - the location given me was not ideal for me and cost me more travel. I called you and the "traffic" co-ordinator was cordial but basically it was take the change or hit the road. when i got back (well within the time) - your computer had charged me as late and added another day automatically. they said you guys do that a lot - and that you are in a different time zone. poor way to greet customers by misbilling them (your error).

They didn't have the pads, so we had to wait 20 minutes while they went somewhere else and got them. They did give us an extra day though.
