I had a positive experience at this location. I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Factoria location the day before. When I made the reservation the lady said I could return before they opened the next day. That was important to me because I didn't think I could be done with the truck before they closed on the same day I picked it up. The owner called me lady and left me a threatening voice mail in which he changed the terms and told I "better have the truck back before they closed." When I called, his wife answered. I tried to explain the situation and told her I did not like their poor customer service. She told me I had an attitude and hung up on me. I think that location should managed by new owners.

I had a reservation for 10:15 to pick up my truck. I was there at 10:15 and did not leave there until 11:30. The 2 gentlemen working kept saying this was the busiest weekend of the year and you only have 2 people working. They were unprofessional and just kept laughing about how long the line was and it took forever for them to help the customers. In my opinion this was all totally unacceptable. If it's the busiest weekend of the year why would you only have 2 people working?

When we were checking in and out, there were computer problems which slowed the lines. This is really not a complaint. It is out of your control. The overall experience was good. Everyone that I dealt with was efficient and friendly..

The store opened at 720 am. Several customers (7) were waiting. The employees that were also waiting were very nice and did what they could for the customers to be ready for the late guy to arrive.db

This site was grossly understaffed. The person at the counter seemed to be alone and was clearly doing the best he could, but he was trying to handle all equipment reservations and returns. The returns were really not being handled at all. He said just leave it, as a long as you put gas into it. I had, so I did. Poor guy!

Terribly long wait for recognition by service personnel. Once they did greet me, service was fast and efficient. (Mind you, it was the last day of the month and many were moving...I get it, but I wanted someone to say 'hello' and acknowledge my existence.)

This was a Horrible experience. I reserved a 24' truck online and 2 dozen blankets. They were able to get me a 26'. I picked the truck up at 7:30pm on Friday evening. When I arrived home, I figured that I should look in the back for the blankets. They were not there. The store closed at 8pm. It was 8:02, but I called anyway. Dale answered the phone. He is the man that I dealt with to get the truck. He apologized and said that he would leave 4 dozen outside the front door and not charge me. He was in the back doing paperwork, but said I could come get them. I had to pick up 2 friends who were arriving at 8:45pm at the airport. I would be cutting it close, but I went to get the blankets. Once I arrived at the closed store, there were no blankets. I spent the next 15 minutes knocking on the door and honking my horn so the man inside could hear, open the door and get the blankets. By this time, I'm late to get my friends and starting to get frustrated. I noticed a couple of phone numbers on the front window. I called the manager Renea, and left a message. I then called the second number, Chuck and left a message. Totally frustrated by this time, I left to pick up my friends who have been waiting for me. About 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Renea. I explained the situation. She said she was sorry, but I should turn around and go back to the store since Dale was on his way back to get the blankets. I said that I couldn't, since I was now 1/2 hour late to pick up my friends. I said that she should find a way to deliver them to my house so I could start the packing early as I had planned. She explained that there was no way for her to do that, since she was 1 1/2 hours away. I told her that if she could not deliver the blankets by the morning, I would bring the truck back first thing, demand a refund and not use U-Haul again. She explained " if that's how you feel, well ok, it's your decision. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Again, I explained that I need them delivered to my house or the truck will be back in the morning. She said she couldn't. At this point, I hung up. 5 minutes later, I received a call from Dale who said that he would be dropping the blankets off at my house, again apologizing. I then received a call from Chuck, who was pretty sympathetic and apologizing as well. A few minutes later, I received a text message from the manager Renea. It read "The blankets will be at your house. I would appreciate a little more understanding with explaining the situation in the future. Have a good night". I was Furious with her attitude! I did get moved. The truck was not clean in the back when I picked it up and the power steering was making noise and tough. When I brought the truck back, the man who checked it in asked how it went. I explained about the steering - nothing from the attendant. He then asked if I could help him carry the 4 dozen blankets into the store. I told him no thanks
