Extremely dirty floor of the trailer. Some kind of black stuff is all over anything that was touching the floor. Its not coming off.

Vehicle smelled badly of cigarette smoke soaked in cushions etc. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly.

I filled the gas tank to the proper level as per the rental agreement form. WITHOUT notification I was charged an additional $43 after having called several times inquiring as to the status of the condition. Completely unacceptable and the location fails to remedy the situation.

I rented a 10 foot truck. Got the truck to my location, and no dolly was in the back. Even though I was charged for it. The truck was dirty with old gas receipt and plastic soda bottle. Had to wait over a half our picking up and dropping off for the person handling it to come back from the airport to open the door. Completely a disaster experience. Would never rent from you again. Will also advise friends and family not to either.

It would be nice if the correct odometer reading was entered. Because I didn't verify the odometer reading I was charged for 45 miles when I used no more than 10 miles.

They should properly check the miles on the truck before giving out the truck instead they rather over charge new customers for miles they never checked having them to pay for their usage of the truck and the person before them

I did not get a reseravation confirmation on time. When I did get it, my pick up time was scheduled for 2pm, not 9am. I called to change this, and was told there was no reservation for me. But to come tomorrow anyway...
The salesman was curt, and didn't explain anything to me. I had to ask him several times to clarify if he had gotten insurance for me. They didn't have a trailer onsite, and we had to drive to another location to pick it up.
Not a great experience.

The guy at the place was super nice and helpful. Only comment was the on-line arrangements which somehow didn't translate to life. They were not expecting me, and didn't know I had made arrangements to return to the location. But they were great.

The gas tank was below what was written on my contract. I had to pay a $30 fee when I returned the truck because I had filled up the tank based on the amount in the tank that I was told when I rented the truck and not what was on the contract.

We came back with a full tank of gas and weren't credited anything. We were told we would be. Also we were told we drove over 100 miles when we did much less. The truck was driven by the sales person before he gave it to us. Also the windshield wipers did not work and we received no compensation for a poorly maintained vehicle.
