Make sure that the reservation is actually fulfilled! I asked for a 15' truck rental at 7:00 am; I got a 10' truck at noon, which added 24 hours + at least $25 in gas to my move. Very, very frustrating!

made reservation 2 wks early-truck was a truck finally-interior full of gravel-blankets filthy and were scattered all over floor-Will use home depot next dissapointed for $200.Would hope to receive a credit.

They didnt have dollies, or furniture pads, the truck was gross and had stuff in the back.

My over all opinion-is the whole process went only issue was I had ordered a dolly to help with moving appliances and when picked up truck ,there was no dolly available.But everything customer service cleaniness of truck.was great.will always keep using U-haul for my moves.

Alright, where do I begin. First off, this is not a REAL U-haul rental location. It's some weird place where there you have to wait 30 minutes (after you call a number) for someone to arrive in a shuttle and then yell at you for not being there earlier. Then they throw paperwork at you, don't give any dropoff in structions, and then tell you to drive to some other parking lot to pick up the vehicle. So, they don't drop the vehicle off for you, they don't shuttle you to the vehicle, and you can't just pick up a vehicle like at a normal location (like the one in Allston/Brighton)? Wow, then we get the truck and it reeks of bacon fat - I guess a restaurant used it the day before and whatever they were hauling spilled all over the floor. So gross. Definetely the worst uhaul experience ever, poor customer service, horrible location (will never use again, and your stupid online form auto-chose it for us, so I'm going to have to go in person to another location next time!), and the van itself was dirty and smelly although it was BRAND NEW!) Not very good all around.

The attendants at the Revere UHaul Select location had me sign a release stating the condition of the vehicle before even viewing the vehicle. We never did a walk through of the vehicle: they gave me the key, led me to the vehicle's location, and pointed it out. The release said that we had to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. However, when we got to the vehicle, it only had 1/8 of a tank.

Make sure that you have trucks available that the customer reserved and that you confirmed through email, text, and phone call the day before. Make sure that your trucks are maintained and in good quality.

I had a 10:00am reservation for a truck, when i arrived at 9:55 the place was closed i waited until 10:35 for them to open and once i did the paperwork i was told that the truck was parked a quarter mile away which was frustrating and not to mention had messed up my timing for the rest of the day.

This was the first poor experience I have had with UHaul. This location was not very professional or helpful. We received our paperwork that stated the current tank level and mileage, and when we arrived at the UHaul (a different parking location), the gas tank was a 1/4 tank less than stated and there was an additional 55 miles. The cab window was open, driver seat wet, and it was very dirty. Also, when we opened the trunk, the prior users had used all the materials and left items in the back. When we called the location back to let them know, they said it was okay and to just take the truck. We made sure to photograph the mileage before and after and damage to the truck. I will NOT be going to this location again.

trucks are parked a mile away! and like myself i was dropped off so i had to walk to get to my truck this is absurd they should have it ready parked for you out front!!

This place was awful. The truck was filthy and covered in barbecue sauce from a previous occupant. There was no effort to clean it up. Old cardboard pads were used to just cover it up. Since U-Haul did a terrible job of double-booking our truck, we were forced to go to Select Car for a replacement truck. Since beggers can't be choosers, we decided to go with the dirty and filthy truck (instead of having no truck at all) but talk about having rock bottom expectations. So Select Car did a terrible job and U-Haul did an even WORSE job of double booking trucks without informing the customers. Incredibly poor service all around and I would recommend NOT going back to either U-Haul or Select Car for any prospective customers out there.

Verhicle had not been cleaned. No one at the office when I arrived to rent the truck. I ordered a dolly to be ready with the truck and NO dolly was available. I had to go to another UHaul store to pick up the Dollly. I kept getting the response "We're a 3rd party distributor, we don't have Dolly's. That's Uhauls issue not ours".
