The person who hooked the tow dolly to my car needs to be trained on how a tow dolly works. He was going to send me on my way with no explanation of the dolly. When I asked, I quickly realized I knew more than him and that wasn't much. Thank goodness for YouTube! Everything worked fine.

This location has great employees ,they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing this location lacks is size,the lot is somewhat a gauntlet too small for such a great crew.But I have to admit the location is extremely convenient

We rent trailers for work often. I make the reservation on line, all the info is there and it still takes 15 mins at the counter. When I returned the trailer there is a sign saying wait here and an attendant will assist you. I waited, Unhooked all but the ball and still no one, Went in and got an Oh from the desk person. Backed it in per his direction. I ended up getting out of the truck and popped it off the ball because he was so slow. The morning guy was also very slow hooking me up. This is business and it cost our company money. They need to pick up the pace.

The Uhaul was filthy. It smelled like live stock was shipped in there. Hay was everywhere in the front and back of the van. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

I received the U-Haul on 10/12/2015 took it to where I was leaving and it sat all day.On 10/13/2015 that evening at 5:30 the truck did not start it turned over but the truck didn't start at all I had to physically jump the truck myself.I was very upset and had to wait due to my phone being dead.

Not charge the customers debit card when the manager tells the customer the card is only to hold a reservation and no money will be taken out until the truck is returned. Especially, after the customer has not signed a receipt for the transaction (fraud) and finds out days later the card to "hold" charges was charged and the customers family member's card, which was to actually pay for the truck, was also charged. In addition, when you debit money from the customer's card, the credit should not be issued to their family member's card, which should not have been asked for in the first place because you withdrew the money from the 1st card given, the hold card. Also, when people are moving they are on schedules and time frames. Customers do not have time to sit and wait for slow transactions because the manager is talking sports with another customer. What's the point of setting a time frame for pick up if you will not leave out of the office until 30 minutes later? Providing good customer service does include building rapport and finding a common ground, understood, but it also consists of respecting all customers time and being able to, at some point, redirect the conversation back to the transaction to complete a service and assist the next customer. An additional person with your customer at the register should not have to bring it to the managers attention that other customers are waiting. Blaming the computer being slow in my opinion, was an excuse to prolong the sports talk because there was no consistent plucking going on, on the computer keys/no investigative scenario going on to attempt to try to enhance all customer's experience. If a customer tells you the money has been withdrawn from their account and the transaction that you, the manager, conducted was not a soft hold, you, the manager, may want to listen. Money out of my account is not a soft hold, it's a hard post. Don't debate that with the customer. If it were only an authorization/soft hold, any reasonable person would not call you. Everyone knows a soft hold/authorization will fall off. No one will waste time calling about something that has not truly impacted their financial situation.
