The attendant was very unfriendly and rude. I have used uhaul every time I've moved, but never again. I will use Budget from now on in hopes of having a more pleasant customer service experience.

Reserved over the phone, the pickup location told me my that reservation was showing the pickup location was in a city 2 hours away. They were great and luckly had a cancelation that allowed me to ger a truck. Took truck back an hour early checked it in with the clerk, then get a call the next day looking fir the truck that the caller the checks to see its on the lot

Please ensure that the client knows all the details/features on hooking up a trailer especially where the wheel well comes down on the drivers side of the transport trailer. I loaded my vehicle which was low from the trunk after it was loaded because no one informed me that the wheel well came down.

The computer was not working when we arrived with the trailer. I was told to drop it off and everything would be ok. I was not given a receipt even though I ask for one because the computer was down. I left the trailer and was told everything would be ok. A week later I was called saying that I was supposed to bring a trailer to their location. I explained that I had brought one the week earlier. I gave them the trailer number and invoice number dated a week earlier. I was told that they had no record of the trailer being dropped off. I immediately called the company I rented the trailer from and the credit card company. The next afternoon this location finally identified the location of the trailer and where I had brought the trailer to them. The problem was that I was treated like I hadn't dropped the trailer off and was keeping it when they had rented it on out.

The Truck power steering was not working properly. I was not able to drive the truck like I should. The steering was loose some times and other time too tight. It made the truck hard to drive. My experience with this vehicle was not good. They should have tested the truck before I had to drive it long distance.

This location was absolutely terrible. I had movers that were supposed to meet me at my house that I had paid for for 2 hours, at 9:30 am. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 9 am and no one was there. People were overloaded in the parking lot and there was no one to hear from or get in contact with. I called the main number, got in touch with a customer care center, then some one was finally sent over. No one got there until 10 am. Then I was stuck in a long line of people and there was only one person working which took forever. I ended up loosing an hour and a half of help from my movers. Not only did the place not open until ten, but the man that was supposed to open the store, when he finally arrived, he was VERY rude and obviously in a bad mood because he was late. He was very irritated when I requested a discount and didn't understand the receipt. He also told me that he was giving me a dolly to use for free, when I got home, to load the truck, there was no dolly in the truck. He told me it was in there but because I didn't check before I left, I had no dolly. As if my moving experience wasn't difficult enough, this made it off to a very bad start and I was really upset about the service at Williamson Road. It is absolutely pitiful and I would NEVER tell anyone to come to the Williamson Road UHAUL location. OR UHAUL in general for that matter. Because I was supposed to have the truck and I wasn't scheduled a location until I called and called and they finally got a pick - up location for me 2 days before my move. I will tell the people I know that are moving to hopefully just find a truck from a friend to help them move. I won't recommend UHAUL at ALL! I wouldn't waste another dime.

Hire employees that know how to be on time. We waited 45 min for the store to open because the employee didnt show up. The manager knew about it, yet it was 9:45 before anyone arrived.

Computers were down, making us late. No one seemed apologetic that I was waiting to rent. In addition, I got two different order confirmations: one with the correct pick up time and truck; the second with the wrong information. When I called, someone told me that I was called and confirmed the time change. No such phone call ever happened and I was transferred twice until someone was able to help me. I have had an unpleasant experience and am not sure I'll use Uhaual for my next move.

Actually, send the CEO on undercover boss and find out why this site should be closed.!!!!! Order 17' truck response--they can't go one way. Plus there was a 17' in the parking lot?????? ordered 3 dozen pads, thank God I looked in the back of the truck. NONE. I ordered them, but I quess you can alter the order if none in stock???? He then proceeded to call around and found a location for me to pick up pads. Truck with trash under seats, Plus I can't believe you start customers off with filling up the gas tank if not full. No compenstation given for me to pick up pads, mileage or discount. NOW i would recommend Bruce Powell at Melrose site who stated yes 17' can go one way, he did adjust my mileage and gave me a discount on the pads. He apologize for the lack of customer service given to me at the pick up site.

Completely fill up the tank on the truck before renting it out. So annoying to try to refill exactly where the original level was. Clean truck better before renting it out if expecting the rental customer to clean it prior to return. There was glitter all over my truck when I got it making me worry uhaul would Blame it on me. When calling in for a quote give full expected total without leaving out sales tax estimate.
