The call center that I called to reserve the truck has very rude associates. I had many questions because I was a first time user of any uhaul equiptment. The first rep hung up on me and the second rep gt rude.

Did not realize that truck would leak rain water. It was on the disclaimer, but not reviewed when we rented. However, all of the staff was very helpful in terms of scheduling and trying to obtain the 20 foot requested when a 27 foot was delivered instead. I felt the problems we had were beyond the local agent's control.

Rented in advance a 26 ft truck with two furniture dollys and 24 moving blankets. They had NO moving blankets on site for me and only had one furniture dolly. The person at the counter offered NO assistance to resolve it. Thankfully there was a regional manager on site for some reason who took the initiative to find me blankets and a second furniture dolly and brought them to my house. If he wasn't there I would have been left high and dry for moving that day.

This was not my location of choice and I had to travel an extra 72 miles round trip to pick up the truck I rented. They also did not have the 10' truck that I ordered on-line and so they gave me a 14' truck that got less miles per gallon. The extra expenses and inconvenience this caused me was unacceptable. I do not plan to use U-haul again.

Only improvement I'd really recommend is to fix the parking lot. What asphalt there was, is in real poor shape but most of it was gravel, full of holes and mud. To get back out to the street, you must drive around the entire building through the holes and mud.
Entry and exit to the business is not good but there isn't much that can be done about it (very busy street). Guess the trailer wasn't exactly clean, although it's no big deal. It's a trailer not a show car. The staff was excellent. Pick up and drop off took a total of about 10 minutes which is very good.

I made a reservation for a 10 foot u haul. when we got there they said they upgraded us to a 17 foot u haul. this was ok but wish I would have been told when I made the reservation and they called to confirm that I would be getting a bigger u haul. There was also a dent in the u haul that we had to point out to the staff. The staff should have been aware and told us. Good thing we checked before we left.
