Replace old, very worn equipment with new equipment. Make the process of inspecting the trailer for damage more honest, instead of asking the customer to initial and sign saying there is no damage prior to inspection - especially when the equipment is old and beat up. This location REALLY needs to have TWO employees on hand at all times... everytime I am in, either myself or another customer is subjected to very long waits... and it is uncomfortable getting the evil eye from unhappy customers waiting in line.

Based on this rental, I would not recommend this location. While the staff is friendly and equipment is fine, wait times are super long (up to 45min between reservation time and trailer hook-up). Unfortunately, I was misled to believe an after-hours return would "be fine" and I would not incur additional charges, then I was charged for an extra day.

in the contract an "in town" distance only allows 30miles and I went 38; that cost an extra $15. I only had the truck from 12:45-4:30 to haul wood from Folsom to Sacramento. It was just expensive, and not something that I would continue to do on a regular basis any time I need to haul a heavy load.

Parking is difficult. Its clear wear to drop off the U Haul you need marked customer parking for those whom are just buy packing supplies. Where to park to complete your paper work for your pick up.

Need to improve on phone customer service. My interaction with the staff on the phone almost made me not want to go that location and seek other alternatives. It is important that they take the time to understand fully what the customer on the phone is needing before they give rushed responses to just get the customer off the phone. If they're too busy to give proper attention to customers on the phone hire a receptionist who can ensure the entire process from start to pick-up is pleasant. However, once on site Frank (I believe that was his name) took the time to help me and explain everything to me so I am much appreciative for his customer service, it alone made my experience better.

Inform people of correct time to return rental. Rented uhaul an Saturday @ 1130am. The attendent informed. Me that i would have until 3pm on Sunday to return the truck without needing to pay for another days rental. When i called to verify this information a different employee informed me that i was supposed to have the truck back on that same Saturday by 6pm and in that i would need to pay for an extra days rental for any time afterwards. After filing the extension for Another day i was informed that the store would be open at 6pm so that i could speak to a manager about why i was misinformed about the original agreement issued saturday morning. I feel that i shouldn't have paid for a 24 hour rental if i was supposedly required to bring it back 7 hours after signing the original rental agreement. I feel like this was very deceitful of both the employee and the company location and would like a partial if not full refund for poor service and very very bad advertising.to be honest I am indecisive as too whether or not i should file a claim with the B.B.B. about this if a sastifactory resolution can not be reached.
