I had zero problems with the location and staff; in fact they were excellent. However, at time of check-in/pickup they were unable to process my reservation I made online as UHAUL's system was hanging up. They made numerous calls to UHAUL regarding this issue with no result. The manager then processed me as a walk-in and was able to get me out the door.

Staff was very friendly but very poorly organized.
I'd made my resesrvation over the phone, was told that the rental would be for a full day & even confirmed this prior to leaving the lot with the truck. The following morning (7:30am on a Sunday & more than 3 hours before scheduled) I received a nasty voicemail that I was supposed to have returned the truck the previous evening.
It seems as though this location could use another employee or two - especially on busy days - to help keeps reservations & rentals in line & customers moving along instead of standing on top of one another in a tiny office.

Lola and Mr. Nosser are just the friendliest people. I have used the n\Nosser a year ago and they were just the best then and even now! To be honest the rest of your franchisees could learn a thing or two about how to conduct business and treat customers. I have dealt with others and I am tellin ya the experience was not plesant.
