Truck ignition was incredibly difficult to turn. The drivers side sun visor broken. Should be maintaining equipment a bit better. Employee was indifferent not friendly. No information provided for after hour drop off. No suggestions of additional supplies.

Everything was fantastic. The employees are always willing to help you understand how everything works no matter how busy they are. This location is not the closest location to me, but I've always had good results there so I drive the extra miles to use that location.

My truck was locked shut without no key available. I was asked to drive the truck back to the location to have it unlocked. Nobody went over the truck with me in advance, the keys were simply in the truck, running and I was told where to get it. Additionally the manager and front desk person argued about who should be the one to "Have too work with me." Both employees were trying to leave for the day, they argued right in front of me talking about how much work the had to do. I had previously rented 3 times this year from this location and will look for a competitor in the future. No Thanks U-Haul!

A true batch of idiots at this location. Ordered my trailer hitch and scheduled the installation online without issue, paid an extra $150 for rush shipping (08/27) and was scheduled to have my hitch installed four days later (08/31). According to the minimal Uhaul contact I received, my hitch had not made it to the store by 08/31. After repeated calls to the location in the days leading up to and on the date of my scheduled installation, I was unable to contact anyone and repeatedly left phone messages with the call center and the physical UHaul location. There was zero response from the store, even though I spoke with customer service there and was told I would get a return phone call "as soon as the manager was done assisting the current customer." After having my installation postponed until 09/02 (thus setting back my cross-country move), I drove 30 miles to the UHaul center and finally was able to speak to a service agent. At the desk, the idiot told me they still did not have the hitch. I turned the computer he was looking at around so I could see the screen, and could clearly read "delivered 08/28." When I pointed at this, he acted surprised and said feebly "no one received it into the system." After that he made excuses that the store was understaffed and comped my rush shipping fee, which was a small gesture considering I had to rent a totally separate UHaul van from a different location in order to move out of my apartment on time and it set me back multiple days driving.

The owner was rude and didn't have time for anyone and didn't give an explanation on why everything was taking so long. Poor customer service from the owner but the other staff members were nice. I have rented a few times from there but won't rent there again from him. It took an hour and a half to get a rental and I was the first one in line so if your in a rush find another uhaul that is quicker and an owner that is nicer.

i was overcharged for pads. i sent an email on friday but received no response. i was charged for 18, i rented 12. returned 12 and there was no charge for missing pads. i need to be refunded the overcharge.

It says 24 hour rental, but employee decided I didn't get 24 hours. Also, I drove 29 miles and added 4 gallons of gas before returning but was told it wasn't enough. Either your vehicles get less than 7 mpg or I'm getting screwed.

They definitely need more help at this location as well as air condintioning! While the guys here are obviously very hardworker's and did an excellent job; overall, it took me me far too long to get the truck checked back in simply because they are in need of more help.

After waiting in line over an hour, the person working had no idea what he was doing!! He couldn't find my reservation after I had called less than an hour ago to confirm, I got double charged, had to deal with MULTIPLE people to try and get a refund, and had to try and connect two different trailers because the worker had given me the wrong one to start! I had to call MULTIPLE U-haul companies to even get a trailer reserved because after reserving online no store had any idea about my reservation!! It also took about FIVE different conversations with different people to figure out the CORRECT drop off location! This was my first and last time using Uhaul, utterly RIDICULOUS!

First, my pickup time was supposed to be 7am. There were at least 4 people waiting ahead of me. The business didn't even open until 7:15am. Even though there was a line of people, none of the employees there acknowledged anyone, said hello, or were at all pleasant. I finally got called up to the counter at about 7:25am. I had already "express checked in" online, so I was already upset that I wasn't getting my rental on time. This was the 1st day of the month, they didn't have enough staff, AND they had a new guy being trained in.....I asked if I could get a few pads, and was told it would be $5.00 for 1/2 dozen. Then I mentioned to them about the long wait, and the guy said "I'll hook you up, don't worry." When I got the truck, there were no pads, it was dirty on the inside, there was rubber piping coming off of the doors. It was ridiculous. So, I get a call after 3 hours wondering where the truck is - I had to remind them I didn't even get it until 7:30, so I'm not going to have it back before 11:30. When I returned the truck, I was told since I didn't get the pads, I could get a refund if I went inside. There were about 5 people waiting in there, and I DID NOT have the time to wait for a $5.00 refund for a service they didn't provide. So needless to say, this has been my 2nd bad experience with Uhaul in the past month. The customer service is horrible. Even though both times I rented my rental WAS NOT available at the time I requested, I never received anything from Uhaul. I did send a Tweet out with a picture of the truck, and they were supposed to be filing a formal complaint. However, I haven't seen/heard anything about that since the original communication.

Great service. For this location it would be good to have a larger inventory at least at the beginning of the school year just because there are so many schools in the area and a lot of moving takes place then.
