The moving helper that was contracted via moving help.com did not show up. Due to renting the truck late the evening it was impossible to return same day. Truck sat in front of home overnight until 07:00. Sought assistantance from manager Jason. He told me the following: 1. Do you know how many people tell me they didnt use the truck and are seeking a refund. I would not be running a good business (paraphrase) if I gave everyone good business. 2. While the truck was at your home (paraphrase) it could have been rented. If I give you refund I lose money 3. You want you to give you a refund for something that is not my fault. (Paraphrase) Each thi he said I repeated to make sure I understood him. By this point I felt abused , disrespected, the implication was I was lying and was trying to take advantage of him. I stated I wanted to rent another truck and was looking for some assistance with the lose of the use of the truck via the moving help.com contractor. He insisted he could not. When I asked to speak to someone above him, he said there was no one else. How can it be when it is a corporate store. By is time I was very agitated. I told him I felt f***** over and made to feel like I was a lair. I just wanted some consideration. I said to him you the need for a profit outlays the need to build good customse relations and favor in the community? He insisted giving a refund was bad for business. Unfortunately insisted that there was no one above him, insisting that he was not going to give a refund is what is bad business. Instead he moved money around in the system to make the numbers show he could justify a 27.01 adjustment and lost a customer.

I told the local Florida representative the story and he did not charge me the extra fee. While I'm grateful to him for that, something needs to change within the system as the Arizona rep said he had checked with someone to ensure no extra fees would be assessed.

Stop all the BS and get some work done. Actually walk out with the customers and check over trucks with them don't just give them the keys and expect them to know it all.

Rented and paid for a dolly after the truck rental was complete because we were not offered one while renting the truck and we has to ask for one. we left with the rental and got to our storage to unload into the truck. no dolly was in there, we called the location but they already closed. we had no choice but to load everything from our 20x10 storage unit into the truck by hand. then after driving two hours to our new house, had to unload the truck into our home all by hand with no dolly. over the past month we called the store several times but only got thru to the call center. the call center said we had to deal with the sore directly for the refund on the dolly. finally after three weeks, i got thru to the store. spoke to the manager and he assured me that he will be refunding the money. well, seven days later i still have no refund. so i tried contacting the store again several times, only got thru to call center. after a few days of that, i spoke with the call center and he said he will take care of contacting the manager at the store and get me my refund. now two days after that i finally have my refund of $12 and some change. this was a long process and should not have had to go thru all this. i believe a refund of more than just the dolly is acceptable for this mess. thats what i told the man on the phone at the call center and he informed me to fill out this survey and the store manager can handle it. well i hope so, and i hope it wont take as long as the other refund did. i rent from uhaul about twice a year for the past 6 years. i have a problem every time, but keep it to myself. well ive had enough and something needs to be done about this asap please. thank you for your time and i look forward to a response within a reasonable amount of time.

Got the job done so I cannot really complain. There were some items from the previous renter left in the truck. It may have been my fault because I got there 15 minutes before my rental was scheduled. Other than that small issue, the staff was awesome and were very professional.

Old truck. Broke down on us. Needed an alignment pretty bad. It was also pretty dirty and run down. The dolly was old and the wheels on the dolly where in pretty bad shape. Time to retire that truck.

When we ask questions, particularly to details of the bill, i don't appreciate being talked down to.. when i ask what does this or that means, i expect a clear response, not "it is all right there for you to see" and i responded " you may know what your looking at but I, foreign to the structure of your paperwork, like a patient in a doctors office, could use the guidance in understanding how it all breaks down" and he seemed frustrated that i was bothersome to him. i noted that to him, he apologized, but very frustrating. When people ask for help just help them and break it down in laymen terms.. there was nobody behind me and communication is the name of the game-customer service

I was not notified of a drop off location so we returned the truck here as outlined in the reservation only to be told when we arrived there would be a significant additional charge. It would've been nice to receive notice of the correct drop off location.
