The staff at this location are fabulous. Very helpful, easy to deal with. There's usually a good selection of equipment. No parking for customers during the rental, but Street parking is nearby. Definitely the best U-Haul establishment I have ever found.

After I rented the truck I discovered the key did not work in either door so I ended up locked out. I was told that it was my responsibility to find a locksmith to cut a new key which I felt was totally irresponsible of U Haul since this totally their fault. I lost 3 hours arranging for AAA to come out and pop the lock. When I returned the truck I had the customer agent come outside and prove that the key was defective since they were telling me all along that I was mistaken. To their credit they discounted the rental rate but in my opinion Uhaul Roadside Assistance was anything BUT!

First, when we called to extend our days we had the hardest time, and the rudest people. Having to call here, then there because people couldn't do their jobs right, and didn't book it as they were supposed to. Not my mistake, their mistake! But they are calling my sister in law with the rudest attitude. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Ensure that you retain the manager working at this location on 8/10/14. She did a tremendous job in effciently processing a long line in a very short time. She was also very accomodating and informative. She is a keeper for maintaining excellent customer service long term!

I've moved 3 times over the past 4 years. I've always rented from U-Haul, bought boxes of every shape and size, as well as hired moving helpers. But this weekend will be the last. There was only one person behind the desk who patiently listened to the rantings of a woman about her broken U-Haul pod. This hold up effected my movers who were subsequently waiting for me back at my home for 45-minutes. This delay ultimately impacted the return of my truck rental and another family's move. Please hire more clerks to deal with complaints adequately.

We had a terrible experience at uhaul. Our confirmed reservation for our truck was not available and the young customer service rep was not accommodating or understanding at all. He advised us that we were out of luck and to go to another location. On a day of a move, which is already stressful, he made it 10times more stressful. On the other hand the woman, I believe her name was Jessica was extremely friendly and accommodating. She worked with us to get a truck that worked for our needs. It was the best and worst customer service I have ever received at the same time in the same location.

Picking up and dropping off went smoothly - staff very courteous and competent. Phoning in reservation started out badly. The lady who first took my reservation was curt and hard to understand. Seemed to want to get me off the line. The second lady who took my change to reservation a day or two later was great. (I extended from 1 day to 2 days) - accommodating, cheerful, competent. She had a hard time finding my first reservation in the system. Turns out my name was misspelled and my street address was misspelled. #2 discovered the name error. The street error showed up on my receipt - lucky the credit card went through.

I rented a cargo van this morning (7/30/2014) At the U Haul location, I was told that there was a computer problem and that the only way to proceed was to charge me a rate of $75.95 per day until the computers were fixed which I was told would happen within an hour. Later that day,I returned the van with no problem and went home. When I got home and checked my email, there was a receipt from U Haul showing that they had charged me the $79.95 rate rather than the $19.95/day rate advertised, on the sighn out front and painted on the side of the van itself. I called U Haul 4 times, each time waiting on hold for approximately 25 minutes on 2 of the calls, 30 minutes and finally 38 minutes on my last attempt to get this overcharge corrected. On my last call, I was told that the overcharge had to be corrected by the person at the local U Haul and that that could take up to 3 days. I'm doubting that I'll ever get my money back and I know for sure that the next time I need to rent a truck, U Haul will not be my first choice as it always has been. This is not high finance, this is not complicated or difficult. Just correct the charge in a timely, customer friendly way. I do not and will not recommend using any company that practices such a "Tough Luck" attitude towards it's customers. You're a big company, act like it.
