Make sure the AC works in trucks before you lease them out to people traveling in the heat. It was a miserable experience driving in NM and TX without a working AC. I will never use UHaul in the future due to this experience nor will I recommend them.

Courteous and sincere staff. Total easy transaction. Switched to this location from another one and am totally happy. We rent about 8 times a year for our small business, this location has the most vehicles and most helpful staff. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone.

Take care of your customers, don't answer the phone when you are talking to a customer face to face... and don't complain when the customer returns the item to the place where the sign tells them to..... Meet them outside if you want it done differently. Try to be friendly... we don't have all the information you have.

The representatives at this location was helpful. We got disconnected and they called me right back.
I will say the customer service at the 1-800-GO UHAUL was absolutely horrible and were no help at all. They messed up my reservation which caused a further delay. I was bounced back and forth five times between two departments who clearly did not know what they were doing. I would not recommend calling customer service to set up a reservation.

when I got to the location and the gentleman hooked up the first trailer. The wires were torn and could not get them to work. He switched the trailer out with another (older, rather than newer) trailer that leaked water inside ruining some of my products (for my business).

You can improve by having the actual reservation I asked for, at the time I reserved. The employee was rude and I didn't get what I reserved online. I was very disappointed very disappointed!

I rent from you guys quite a bit and I think it would be a good idea to keep some customer information. ie. name address, phone number and possibly what type of trailers or equipment rented. I believe this would help in the reservation and pick-up process.

Not enough people working there. Had to wait a long time for my turn at the counter. The other customers told me they had also waited a very LONG time. The man at the counter, did EVERYTHING. He did the counter, then went out and checked the equipment, then back to the counter, then back out to give you the equipment. It took a LONG TIME for each of us in line to be served.

This particular trailer had a problem with the turn signal not working. Stopped at a uhaul in bunker hill illinois but they were not able to fix it either. It seemed to be an older trailer amd beginning to show some wear.

Uhaul is a rip. I won't recommend to anyone. Please take the $39.95 sign off the trucks unless u include plus $.89 per mile. Not to mention the truck was a POS. window didn't work. No radio and it was spray painted covered up by white duck tape. Very unsatisfied!!!!!
