We first got a phone quote. Went to book truck and phone quote had gone from their system. Put a new booking in the system and then when I went to collect the truck, no sign of the booking at the price and for the duration requested. Then a big mix up because the most recent contract did not agree with any previous quotation or booking. Was told in SA, TX that this would be okay, not so when we spoke to destination representative.
