I was impressed with the owner. Very handsome, pleasantly mannered gentleman willing to accomadate my needs . He had everything i needed and more for our move to our new home. Charges were acceptable and not over priced. Our move was very painless and i give this company a 1-10 rating of 10. Most companies in some cases just want money. He showed kindness, clarity, honesty, integrety. I would recommed everyone to visit this company just to meet this gentleman. He may havr lived in another country, but he is an true american dream of an american charactor. Thank you for your help

Friendly manager, accommodating, and their is an auto zone next door in case you don't have the right trailer ball or accessory.

The parking situation and getting in /out was not easy as this is a crowded car sales lot.
The personnel was rude to me being I was female and they were middle eastern and culturally disrespect women. When my son talked to them they were curtious
I had to request 3 times to extend hours and finally when son asked it was ok.
Truck inside was dirty and I was never given the chance before rental to inspect for previous damages.
Overall I'm glad it's over and would never recommend this site. I have used Uhaul in the past with only 1 other negative experience.

Our reservation was for a 14' truck . It wasn't there so we received a 17' instead. Same price but it does use more gas. It was slow in starting. Took a while for it to start. When we first arrived nno one was in the office. We had to walk around back where the mechanics fix cars. Not a very clean place.
