The location was very good but the windshield on the truck was very dirty with bugs. It would have been nice for it to be clean considering I had to drive 4 hours to our destination. The staff was very helpful and accomidating. I would recommend this location to others for sure.

I called in last night with my concerns and
Complaint! Please contact your customer service dept to see all the problems I encountered! Lazy staff! Bald rear tires on first truck and when I asked for a different truck they put me in one that looked and smelled like an old beer joint! They said the truck was full and it was not! It was under full which cost me about 3 gallons of gas extra on return. If you rent from this location be sure to check your equipment before you put yourself or your family or your items in harms way because they sure don't check or clean their trucks!!! They would have to stop texting on their phone to do that! They didn't even go out to look at the tires when I reported the severity of the problem! The guy just sat there texting while the lady called someone to figure out how to get us in another truck! I hope somebody does something about this place cause after 23 years of renting from Uhaul this place caused me to loose faith in the company!!!

Employees at this location has NO customer care skills.
They were rude,disrespectful non compliant and even lied to me. I felt traumatized because I was 5 minutes late getting to the site because of a bad traffic situation. I called and let them know I was stuck in traffic. They could have cared less about my situation. No flexibility.
They opened the doors a little before 9am. I entered and ask for some help at 8:57 am. They said that they would help me at 9am. I could tell more but I think you have the picture. Terrible Service!!!!!!!!!

These guys are terrible
The sign says 0900 but they don't open until 0930, they got angry because I came in early to drop off equipment. I just spent $2000 on equipment and they were angry because I came early to drop it off. My wife heard their rude and angry comments while in the store. They even said they wouldn't pick up the phone until 0930. I've had bad customer service experience before, but this was the worst by far.

When calling directly to this place we were told that if we reserved our u-haul online that we would save 10% on our total, in which we didnot recieve. Also was told u-haul would give a discount to military by reserving online and the this business would not honor it. We have used u-haul several times but now we are not sure we will. We didnot get what we were promised. Also to release the ball and hitch there was to be a tool with the u-haul to do this, in which they forgot to include. This was very important as that we had this tool. It was not a good experience!
