Was pleased that they were able to accept the trailer we had brought. It was close to my house and easy access to get to. It is a gravel lot so expect dust. Personel are helpful in getting you set up or getting you unhitched. The office was a bit small and clustered, but workable for customers.

Roy Pearce, the owner, is the best! Thank you to Roy for making this rental a pleasure. His assistants were very professional and helpful as well. Roy recommended the U-Haul manpower services of Carla Cable. What a money-saver and, more importantly, life saver! There are no words sufficient to describe the effectiveness, professionalism, and service-exceeding-expectations provided by her movers, Colin and Evan! This whole experience was absolutely amazing. The team was great! The location was not a typical U-Haul facility - an old trailer. It had everything you might need. Limited parking. The truck I reserved was not there but that was not S&R's fault (someone did not return the truck as scheduled). My overall experience was very good and I would recommend this location to a friend.

I placed order online for a specific drop location. The person at this location changed my drop location to somewhere else and I spent too much time trying to figure out where to go to drop it off. The location I took it to was not that far from the one I preferred but it did cost me over 2 hours of time. I was supposed to meet someone at 1pm because he had a 1:30 meeting and I did not get there until 1:45 so I had to sit and wait until he was done before I could get on the road to return home. Luckily I was able to keep my deal together with the customer or this could have been very bad. Why do I make a reservation online only to have someone at the office change what I requested?

I should be able to drop off at any uhaul location. Not have to drive all the way back to drop at same location as rental originated.

so nice to know clearly what we needed to know in order to drop off vehicle. That's why I noted that the personnel was helpful even though the location was closed. Plus when I called the day before to know the procedure for dropping off, the person on the phone was very clear and helpful.

The pick up and return was easy. Every time I called with questions, someone was there to answer them in a friendly manner. We were able to get the uhaul on short notice and easily return after hours. I was also really excited to see that they proactively prorated my charge since we returned the uhaul one day early.
The only reason I didn't rate this excellent is because the gentleman that hooked up the uhaul didn't the check the lights or help us navigate out of the parking lot. This isn't something that is required, but good customer service goes a long way.

Below average rating for location due to dirt lot. No real parking for customers. Office in trailer. supplies (dolly / pads) located in storage shed or back of truck. - Cargo area of truck clean, but cab had muddy floor - Would recommend location because not busy at all (fast in and out) and friendly staff.
Not really what you would expect a U Haul location to look like. Probably because the major business is a Boat and RV storage (outside) facility with a U Haul franchise as a secondary business.

Better customer service, like show me where the truck is and help me understand the truck before I take it out. I was just given the keys and told to find it myself. I do not plan on going back there. The truck itself made a loud noise from under the hood, and the steering wheel was off to the right by 30 degrees or so. It was a bad experience overall.

Store is late to open on Saturday morning. Opening time is posted as 8:00 am. However, on two occasions over the last three weeks they have been 10-30 minute late arriving at the store to open it.

Service was VERY poor, the the tank was only 1/8 filled, and the truck was filthy. The drop-off location almost charged us a cleaning fee until we explained that it was dirty/muddy when we picked it up.

My pick up location was originally S&R boat & rv storage but when I got there my reservation was sent to another location. Luckily they did have a truck that we could use. I was not going to be happy if I had to drive to a different, not convenient location. S&R was GREAT! THANKS!

Make certain rubber chain locks are in place, as the chains tend to pop off. It happened during this rental and one I had a year ago. I had to stop at a UHaul center and have them added.
