the first time i used the location the tech were very slow in responsing to what i was asking for , and they told me i will take my time. i spoke to the manger asst. and was very rude. now this time i used this location everything was ok but the office tech need to be more friendly to the customs act like they want to be there no welcome to the custom as they walked in to the store nothing. also need to be more explanable and point out more on the paperwork form

The truck they gave me is and was not running good.. it miss fired and spit and spuddered. This truck needs a tune up. Everytime I tried to start it, it seemed to flood out.

personnel need to verify which truck was assigned to customer before saying the truck is empty when I very well knew I brought it in with more fuel than when I picked it up and he didn't even apologize for his mistake Claudia was assisting other customers and it was embarrassing when they heard his comment to me.

make the prices the same at the location vs the internet. had to haggle and argue down 40 dollar difference. I had no idea where the reserved location was in relation to the home I was picking up the belongings. I had to swap locations and it cost be 1/2 a day to do so.

had to wait 2 guys on the counter only one was working the other just on the computer I know it wasn't that important that he could not help me..have to go strait to the location to reserve cannot use the 1-800 number no communication betwwen stores but other than that they have what I need.

I had reserve a furniture utility dolly because we were moving heavy furniture. The contract said that if I reserve I was guaranteed to be there for me or I would get $50.00. Guess what they didn't have one. The offered a regular small dolly. We rented it but to no use. Because the furniture we were moving was heavy and RENTED SOMETHING THAT WAS OF NO USE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE THE $50.00 REFUND. THANKS

Make sure trucks are running well had a bad experience truck would die out when trying to reverse and turn right. Also we where in need of a 10 footer and when we went to pick up truck they where out only had 14 footer

Get your act together and learn how to communicate. I had a last minute change in plans: two way trip turned into a one way trip. I called UHaul and asked if contract could be changed. I was told yes and go on in. I ASKED if I needed to take truck. No. So while my movers continued to load, I went over to change contract. Guy behind the counter says no, we need to switch out truck. Doesn't know why I was told anything else, call the 800 number, yadda yadda. 800 number refers me back to location. Finally it was determined that this was a private location (?) and nothing could be done. Phone rep would not escalate and when I asked for mgr, rep told me that he was the only one I could complain to. I got stuck with a charge of almost $400 that could easily have been reduced in half. I train sales people and reps in retail customer service. I have done so for almost 25 years. Never before have I heard so many "I can't" and "we can't" before. The complete lack of communication between U Haul and its location is phenomenal. I will never use this company again.

Customer serv. Was fine however I was charged 49.00 for a trailor to tow my car. Your employees @store said wrong size was ordered. Told jackup tht I yold girl make and model. They were unable yo hook it up. Waiting on my refund. Had to fill up both vehicle's.

This was not the drop-off location in my contract, but the alternate after the contract location wouldn't take the truck. Attempting to drop-off the truck at my contract location, was told they didn't want it ("didn't have space" - which was crap as there had 100+ feet of parking space behind several other trucks they had) and I would need to drop it off at a different location ten miniutes away. The SW Military location while further from where I was coming, was far easier to navigate to for a drop-off, just wish I didn't have to waste time at the first location. Seems pointless to put in the contract a drop-off location where they won't let you drop-off the vehicle.

Well, I am waiting on my $50 they said they would credit me due to my reserved truck not being available . Or actually the location where I was suppose to pick up didnt open like it was posted. I was told by Daniel that they would credit me due to having to wait for an hour an a half at a location for nothing. I hope they stick to there word if not I will take my business elsewhere next time.

It was horrible. They put the odometer at 4219.0 it was given to me at 4169.9. I called and spoke to Joseph. I have the timestamp when I called him and there was no way I could've driven that amount of time from when I called him. His reply over and over again was, "Well Sir, you signed the contract..." True, I did but I called as soon as I realized the error and he knew I couldn't of driven that amount no matter how fast I drove. I work for Wells Fargo at a call center. I will tell them all that they didn't even bother to check the record books when it was checked in before given to me. I will tell them that despite calling, uhaul do nothing at all to help. 6,000 people work where I do, I will make sure to convey this to my 2 teams. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I'm sure they'll be interested to know that despite the fact I signed the contract, they'd like to know that it was in fact because the incorrect mileage was put on the odometer. Please check your record books for validation on what I say as it's true. At the very least it will log another complaint and another angry customer who got taken advantage and will scorn uhaul forever. I will be recommending Budget to everyone from now on. Also, I will be contacting "Defenders" with the hopes enough people complained that they will send someone undercover in. What transpired yesterday was the perfect example of horrible customer, I'd rather walk my equipment to my next house than use UHAUL. Budget will be where I will be going.

Fast and friendly. These are the bases to excellence and this location right on target. Moving is not a pleasant experience, so when stress is high you dont want to wait and wait. Nothing! This experience was just so wonderful! My second time renting a truck. I have told others of them and know they will also have a wonderful experience. My brother told me about them. He was right! It was just so easy and I rented a trailer to go with the truck.I drove all the way from Melbourne to Texas! It wasgreat!! Thank them for me again!!

the truck was picked up in mckinney. i was told the gas level was at 1/4 tank...upon leaving the gas tank was in fact just under 1/4 tank...was on a tight schedule so did not turn back. when at the military dr location, the attendant mentioned the gas level was just under 1/4 tank...i explained to him gas was at the level i picked truck up at...he stated i should have turned back so u-haul mckinney could make a not...he said he could not receive in the vehicle until the gas level was corrected or it would be an additional $20 charge...i asked what he thought i would need to get the gas level to the point he could receive the truck in...he said 2 gallons ($6)...you have to be kidding me!!!!!! i proceeded to get $6 of gas!!!! upon returning he said he would not charge me for the extra mile (1) placed on the vehicle...hell, probably the mile i drove to get 2 gallons of gas...piss poor!!!!!
