I would not change anything. The staff, extremely helpful and tentative. A lot of places Customer Service has gone down the drain and they ignore the Customer but not this store.

A person who claimed to be the general manager was rude and spoke down to me in a disconcerting manner. Perhaps he can not comprehend the concept of service. I have never been more offended by an individual-- and as a college professor that is difficult to say. The conversation came about when I explained I had been given a quote for a different price, he called another store a proceed to tell me prices changes and I should of asked the right questions. Honestly it was not the price but his tone , and disregard of courtesy that was offensive. By his responses he believed it tone the price. Until I heard him speak to two young black gentlemen behind me. They handed him a gift card which he rang as credit, they told him it was a gift card and he states loudly, " you need to tell me what your doing" , truly a general manager has better customer service skills than what was displayed. When I went back to the country and continued my transaction explaining he was being rude he stated "no youjudt eant $150.00 off and you not gonna get it!" At no time did I ask for a discount. Then told him you have no people skills to which he said , "it's all in the eye of the beholder" this from a higher management person! Truly unprofessional, no people skills and no concept of courtesy.

Exceptional staff! Equipment worked for most part so didn't want to answer "no". Reported problem with outside right side mirror and the lift gate was very hard to lift & extremely hard to close. Staff to look into both concerns.

Unfortunately, we were not informed or aware that a 4wd vehicle should not have been towed with a front wheel dolly and should have been loaded on a trailer. As a result, the transmission/clutch was damaged and costing a lot to repair.

I am very unhappy with the options we were given for renting a van from the website. We could have used a smaller size of van but instead we were given the next largest size up. This cost us a lot more money. So although I am happy with the service and the condition of the equipment, I am very unhappy overall with the UHaul experience.

I did not check my mileage that the uhaul worker put on the paperwork because I assumed, my mistake, that it would be correct. However, I did look at the odometer when I got in to see how many it would be to my location I was going. When I returned to the uhaul place I had only went 12 miles. I was keeping up with it but the uhaul people had put 206 for mileage so I was charged for 20 miles. Very disappointing because the people were nice and I was hoping for a nice experience.

Just looked at my credit card statement and saw they charged an extra day fee. I feel extremely wronged. My husband turned in the trailer right on time and the personnel said absolutely nothing to him about being "late" and this unjustified "late" fee!

Rented a truck for Saturday and sunday. Turned in Sunday at 5:05pm and shop was already closed, when we called at 4:45 the representative assured us it was not going to be extra to turn keys into the overnight drop. Received final bill by email and was charged for 3 days of rental!!! How does 11am Saturday to 5pm Sunday equal three days? Resolving this has been a huge headache and we are now waiting for a refund for additional charges. If we would not have closely reviewed our bill we could have missed the erroneous charges. Makes me wonder how many people turn trucks into the overnight drop and are over billed for rental.

When I showed up and discovered my light connection was not working properly, the attendant found the problem, found a new connector and installed it while I waited. Above and beyond what he needed to do. He saved me from further delay. A big Thank You to him! My move went very well and the trailer worked perfectly.
