It wasn’t so much the location that was the issue; it was that the verification process to get the uhaul was ridiculous. Having uhaul call my husband’s employer, a number that we had to provide during the mobile check in process, is ridiculous. It took 20 minutes to finish the mobile check in process. The uhaul had hardly any gas in it, was covered in snow and ice so we had to find a scraper and scrape it off and even worse, the uhaul had a leak inside so our belongings got wet

It took an hour for them to get us on the road & that's with us talking to a uhaul rep where we did most of the work. Then there was no dolly that I had reserved. The gentleman at the gas station didn't even know what a dolly was. Definitely will not use again
Pamela FeavelFor some reason, they were unable to locate our reservation and had to wait for the location manager to come clear the issue. We arrived at 8:55am and they were unable to provide the key until 10:15am. We returned the truck late because of the delay in departing. We were charged an extra $30 for insurance we did not request. This was a frustrating experience.
DOUGLAS TEARNEYThe guy at BB Mart was helpful and kind. It was really nice that he is open so late so when I dropped the truck off at 8:00 PM he was there and willing to help me since the online app wasn't working.
martin zabelThis was a service station and not really a U-Haul rental location. It was not very clear that this was where I was to pick up the truck. If I had not known that the trucks were there, I might have missed it altogether. The staff also was untrained at the time of my pickup, so my initial pickup time was delayed by 30 minutes while he had reached out to his associate via phone cam to get instructions on how to process my pickup. Overall, I think this location is minimally sufficient, but could do with a lot more advertising for the U-Haul business if they intend to continue doing this, and more training of staff on how to handle the rentals.
