I wasn't able to leave the truck with Store More Self-Storage, 22025 S Scotland Ct., Queen Creek, AZ 85142, so I'm glad there was another facility near by. I wasn't able to use the free month rent on a storage because I thought I could leave the truck at Store More. The way that you can improve for the next customer is verifiy with the facility that the customer wants to leave a truck that they can leave it.

The manager took plenty of time to explain everything about the trailer. The trailer was old but it was in excellent condition..

The customer service was excellent.
They hooked up the trailer to my truck. I drove about 10 miles to the location of the vehicle I was going to pick up. I started to drive the vehicle onto the trailer, as soon as the weight of the front of the vehicle got onto the rear of the trailer, the trailer came unlatched from the ball on my hitch, causing the front of the trailer to come up with great force and dented my tailgate badly as well as tore a chunk out of my rear bumper and destroyed the license plate. There was no damage to the trailer. I am very upset about this, not only because of the damage done to my personal vehicle, but the fact that if this had come unhooked while I was towing the trailer with the vehicle on it, it obviously could have quickly become a VERY dangerous and destructive situation.
I have rented from Uhaul many times and I have never had a bad experience until now. I feel badly about it, because the person that I dealt with at this Uhaul facility was very nice and courteous and I am sure it was not an intentional mistake. But it doesn't change the fact that now I am going to have to have my truck fixed.

I AM VERY UPSET THE SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM UHAUL I WAS GIVEN A QUOTE AND A CONFORMATION NUMBER OF 285.00 THAT LADY THAT I MADE THE RESERVATION WITH STATED THAT THE PRICE WOULD BE LOCKED IN AND IT WOULDNOT GO UP. WELL THAT WAS THE FIRST LIE. WHEN I ARRIVED AT MY PICK UP I INFORMED AZ. ABOUT THE QUOTE AND MY LOCKED IN PRICE OF 285.00. THE LADY THEIR SAID THAT SHE WAS GIVEN ME A BETTER DEAL OF 274.00. SINCE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH HAUL BEFORE. I TURSTED HER THE SECOND MISTAKE ON MY PART.

I went to restroom when I got bacKK I told the lady about the quote. She said that she
had given me a better price of 274.00 I went to the
restroom when I came back she and my husband were in the truck. I should have check the price but since
I have never had a bad experience with Uhaul before
I tusted her. Bad misatke on my part. The quote was not
honor. The lady in AZ flat out lie to me about the price
she told me 274.00 I got charge with owas made with good faith and suppose to been lock
in the woman at AZ flate out lie to me I am very very
disappoint with me service and wish that I could
take legal action on this flat of lie from your company.

Don't over book reservations. We ended up having to take a 14' instead of a 17'. Would have been in a bind had it not taken all our stuff.

Uhaul corporate policies of misrepresenting the cost of the truck was unsavory. Gouging the customer by hidden fees has caused me never to use UHaul again.

These folks were so nice and pleasant to work with. We will drive out of our way to rent from them. No improvements needed at this location. You should be using them to train the people up on Combs Road because they lost our business.

It would help to be able to deal with someone who actually knows what they are doing. The Lady gave us the wrong trailer. The trailer we were supposed to take went to someone else and ended up in New Mexico.
