There was a discrepancy with my rental. When I rented the truck the milage shown in the paper was not the same as the milage shown in the truck. So your customer service said he was going to fix it and that I was good to go. So, when I returned the truck, to my surprise he did not And he was gone for the day. Michelle was the representative when I went to return the truck. She told me I had driven 70 some odd miles and that wasn't true. She was very nice and didn't make me feel like I was making it up and fixed it for me. I guess, I should not have trusted when I was told that it was going to get fixed without having it in writing. I asked if I needed a paper, I was told I was good to go. I will continue to do business with you, but I guess I will stop trusting and will always ask for proof. Thank you Michelle for taking care of me and for not making me feel like I was lying to try to get a lower bill!!!

Second time different location poor customer service and not knowing how to give accurate information, I am done with u-haul, no more will i ever get any type of services, and customer service reps on the phone have very very poor customer service qualifications!!

When i got the truck it was very dirty. Once i started driving there was a horrible clunking in the front suspension. then the abs light came on and there was another light flickering. The steering wheel was crooked. Overall i didn't feel safe in this truck. I truly expected more from uhaul.

The first employe who make the reservation was so kind, he treat me very nice but the girl who gave me the keys, she looks mad, she never smiled at me, I didn't like how she treat us. I moved and Finally when I tried to return the truck to the location nearest to my new house, the guy told me that I can't leave the truck there. I called U haul and the guy at the phone told me to go to another location about 30 mins away. The address was wrong and at least I found another location to returned the truck. The next day I received the notice that they are charging me for 6 extra miles that I use because U-HAUL FAULT!

In all the times I've ever dealt with Uhaul, this was by far the WORST experience I've ever had. Customer service both in the store and via 800 # was not only rude and unhelpful, but took absolutely no accountability for the issues I had that were a direct result of their lack of competence and preparedness. After days of trying to contact Uhaul by phone (800# was disconnecting everytime I waited on hold for more than 2 min), I went directly ro a Uhaul store. They said tgey wouldnt have a truck until 4:15p and referred me to a location across town. I called them and reserved a truck in the town I reside in for 3:15p. I received a text about 20min before pickup stating that my truck was ready....in a town no less than 45 miles from where I live. At 89 cents /mile, that extra 45 miles each way makes a difference. I called Uhaul and tried to speak with a rep. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude. Instead of apologizing, attempting to make things right, or simply taking accountability, she was argumentative. In fact, she said "well you should have reserved your truck 4 or 5 weeks ago like a normal person." I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back immediately and spoke with a much more pleasant rep who made attempt to try fix my reservation. However, she ended up having to transfer me to her supervisor (no idea why). The supervisor was not very pleasant nor dis she make any real effort to improve the experience. all she had to say was that if I wanted a truck for 24 hours (as I'd originally reserved), I'd have to go to a town over 45 minutes away. Frustrated, I said I'd take one locally and return it before 9a the next morning if there was one available. We made a reservation for 4p (again, we started this whole ordeal at 10a and most of the moving day is now gone). I show up to the Uhaul location and get a text that says my reservation is for 6:30p now. After standing in the store for at least 10-15min before a clerk bothered to address me (same thing happened at the same place earlier in the day), they tell me that my reservation is for the location across town. I showed them my email, my text, and they saw my reservation in the system but said my truck was at an alternate location. Eventually, however, they were able to get me a small truck that would have to be returned before 9a the next morning (it was a few min before 5p when I pulled off the lot). I was unable to finish moving until 7:30a since it was so late when we finally got the truck. I will NEVER use or refer anyone to Uhaul again. As someone who works in customer service, I know firsthand how vital word of mouth advertising affects a business. You can rest assured that anything out of my mouth regarding Uhaul and it's affiliates will be negative at this point as I'm absolutely disgusted by this entire experience.

Manager on duty operated in a "helter-skelter" fashion. I am not sure how the employees are able to operate when they are continuously interrupted to be assigned to a new task before they had completed the last one. The manager does not have to manage every detail. As she proceeds to deal with one customer, she will stop what she is doing with that customer to interrupt stafff who may be helping someone else and either take over what they are doing, or tell the employee to either not do that, do something different for that particular customer or even stop what they are doing with that customer and help someone else. Utter Chaos. Finally, while I had an A/C space reserved at this location as a result of my one way rental, and staff acknowledged that the reservation for the storage unit was in fact for this location, they had none. I was made to take my trailer to another U-Haul center where there was space available. I had to reschedule/re-direct my U-Haul Move helpers to go to the new location, later that day, then stand in line at the new location all over again to obtain access to a unit. While I had paperwork, I still needed an access code as well as someone to come an take the company lock off the unit. All told, it took and extra three hours to be able to offload and return the trailer that I had rented and drove from Abilene, Tx. to Lake Mary , FL. It was most frustrating having gone to that effort and spent three days traveling, hauling the trailer to not be done in a reasonable and timely fashion. Now, having said that, the trailer performed very well. Thank you.

When there are 8 people in line the employees should understand it is not time to play. For example talking about a broken drawer for 15 minutes and then saying,"Oh yeah, next in line please." Once in line another employee interrupting the individual helping me to talk about their drunken night. After an hour in line being informed they ran out of the connecting wire from the trailer to my vehicle so they have to re-run the wiring. That would not be so bad unless the employee that was helping me stood and watched another employee while I sat there(all while not wearing his uhaul shirt, very unprofessional). After almost 2 hours I was able to leave and the only good experience was the individual that checked me in. The individual that checked me in was extremely professional and completed the transaction quickly. He actually had to enter in my email address since I was not initially asked for one. I reccomend watching the security tapes 2-28 from 11:30-12:30 and watch the employees play behind the counter while your customers were very irritated.

Nothing all poor is fuck. Never come back. Supouse rent truck is for 24 hours but I pay for two shifts. Is not good this have a name ROBERY.
