The vendor was not well prepared and quite frankly, pretty rude.

I would start with cleaner trucks.

ask if there is anything they could do to make person more comfortable with driving the rental ( ie questions about controls or driving tips for example ). overall, the rental process was easy and efficient, as was the return. The truck was clean and ran well, and the 2 people I interacted with were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would use this UHaul rental again, and would recommend it to friends.

The mileage fee is too much.

John Z. on 6/21/2014
Rating: 1 out of 5 stars

I did not check the mileage upon picking up the truck, and I clearly should have. According to Google maps, double checked by mapquest, I drove no more than 30 miles. This is also supported by the fact that I only had to buy 2.5 gallons of gas to fill the tank at the end of the day. But according to the lady running this location, I drove 45 miles. Clearly not an honest lady. I will NEVER use this location again.

Vehicle performed flawlessly! I went to the mountains and was pleased the engine had power to keep up with traffic!

Service is so so and not fair to determine the gasoline amount used.

The uhaul assistant was very helpful!

Derrill S. on 5/5/2014
Rating: 2 out of 5 stars

The staff was insufficiently trained on Uhaul equipment. I had to hook up the trailer myself; degrading my confidence and leaving me perhaps at risk with my valuables. In the future, I'll only use a Uhaul specific location.
