I can't say the equipment was 'clean' from the standpoint that the cab of the truck I got smelled pretty old and kind of musky. But it wasn't dirty....robably just reaching the end of it's useful life. I love the staff here, super friendly and helpful! This is my regular U-Haul whenever I rent-2/3 times per month. GREAT attitude and service, thanks!

Received a 6x12 covered trailer. I checked the air pressure of all four tires on the trailer after getting the trailer to my home. LF-65psi, LR-70psi, RF-25psi, RR-28psi. If I did not check these pressures, a tire blowout could have occurred. After adding the appropriate air to the tires, they remained properly inflated for the remainder of the trip (5 days and 2100 miles). I feel this was just total neglect on U-Haul's part. To improve, the vehicles and trailers should at least go through a minimal preventative maintenance check before sending them out.

I was unable to answer the call to confirm the reservation. I called back later that same evening to confirm. The girl that answered the phone did not leave me over confident that there would be a truck for us the next day. She actually said "there SHOULD be a 26' truck for you". She apparently did NOT confirm my reservation and it was cancelled! Luckily there was a wonderful man the next day who honored the "cancelled" reservation. I thank him so very much!

We moved out of state on Memorial day weekend the busiest weekend of year for U-Haul and at 3pm on Friday afternoon our 20' truck was full and we a lot left to pack . No 6x12 covered trailer in the valley so I call Paul at Scottsdale and he was able to get me a 26' 1 way to Portland Oregon and we just drove th e 20' to his rental lot baked up the 2 trucks to each other and reloaded into the 26' for a small cost difference for the larger truck and eliminated a potential crisis and huge $$$$ impact for us and allowed our move to be successful.
WE want to Thank Paul for solving our problem.
