Need a better way to mark nicks and dings on the truck prior to rental. If I actually tried to mark them all--------I would be there all day doing just that.

I arrived here from Las vegas My contract with uhaul said I would have one month free storage, the place I was sent had no storage. The attitude of the staff was extreamly negative. I had to look for a new storage place myself. New in Seattle this was very difficult. it took days No uhaul location would honor my one month free certificate. I had to hire new drivers to unload my truck because my driver had to leave to go back to Las Vegas, I ended up going to public storage, Sea Tac Uhaul was an awful place to do business with, Customer service should give correct information about what is available at their locations, Staff need to be courteous and professional when enteracting with customers in person,

I didn't have any issues with the location or the staff at the location, but Brandi (don't know her last name) is something else. Very rude and condescending. Refuses to provide information I asked for ... which I need in order to submit my insurance claim for an accident I was in. And when I ask to speak with someone above her, she says there is no one above her. She cannot ever give me a straight forward answer; everything is very vague and open-ended. All-in-all, Brandi has awful customer service and should not be dealing with the public if she's this rude.

When we came to pick up the vehicle there were trucks everywhere. There was no access from the road and I let really had to park on the sidewalk while someone else was actually brave enough to park on the busy highway. I went into the front office and no one was there. I could have stolen everything in the store and no one would have been the wiser because it was a ghost town. I actually bad to walk through the maintenance shop in order to find someone. There was only one guy working who was angry, depressed and bitter towards every customer because he obviously got screwed into working alone on a busy Saturday. It took FOREVER to get our truck! I asked if we needed to do an inspection and the guy said no. Only to realize after signing the paperwork and leaving the impossible "parking lot" that there was at least an additional 16 miles on the tank which I had to pay .99/mile for. Then the damn dolly seal was broken when I opened the back which immediately tacked on an extra $7 for something I didn't even need or use! I've used uhaul for years and never had as bad as an experience as this one. It was a complete embarrassment for the company.

Cheryl was the best customer service rep I've ever had in any place I've been to, she was extremely nice and helpful in my rentals today carefully explaining how to use the trailer and how to tie my motorcycle to it. And then to top it off she was extremely helpful and kind in helping me get the trailer off the truck. Overall she was the highlight of my day 10/10 person.

Although when I first pulled in I was not greeted, the man on duty did eventually put out his cigarette and was a lot of help getting the trailer checked in and us back on the road. Overall, a very smooth experience from start to finish with U Haul.

Requested on line a 17' truck and car dolly over a week in advanced. When I arrive there was no 17' truck or car dolly, but was given a 20' truck and a car carrier. The 20' truck lights did not work with the car carrier. Tried second car carrier, still lights did not work. Switched to 14' truck which lights did work with car carrier. The paper work had both the 20' with insurance and the 14' with insurance and blankets which I did not receive. There was only one person to work the counter and there were several people waiting, left without getting the paper work resolved.

Everything went all good, except when we returned the truck! The check in guy really needs to learn customer service especially since this is your job!!!! Extremely short with us, and rude! First he snatched the keys from my husbands hands and then didn't say anything and started to walk away! My husband asked "is that it" he then snaps back "well do you have a card on file" "did you give them your email" our answers were yes so he replies "well your fine then, get outta here" and waves his hand at, in a very harsh tone! He's lucky our son was with us, because my husband is not one to take rude customer service, but I want you guys to know, you really need to teach those guys customer service! Extremely rude and unprofessional!
