When we arrived at the loading place after more than a half hour drive it turned out that they had not supplied us with the furniture dolly and pads that I had contracted for. It took my two movers an hour longer to get some very heavy furniture down some stairs. When I complained upon returning the truck I received little sympathy and hardly an apology. I was told that they would not charge for the dolly and pads (obviously!) and that's all they could do, in spite of my telling the desk person that I had to pay the men $70 extra since it took so much longer. I called after the weekend and they agreed to take off the charge for the truck rental, which helped some.
All in all it was a very frustrating experience.

The General Manager at this location was outstanding. A woman, and I regret I don't remember her name, but she was exceptional. Smart, fast, low-key, calm, helpful, and very knowledgable. She suggested a couple of ideas that worked well, and she replaced a slightly damaged side mirror in moments. She's a serious asset to your organization, and I'd be happy to have her working for me.

I wanted to pick up a truck at a closer location, was told there wasn't one available at the location I requested on line. Personal on the phone were not the most pleasant people. Because of them I will not recommend U-haul to any one. Personal in the locations was fine. I would like to give a great review to the personal at the location of 200th and International Blvd. in Seattle. I believe their names are Jessica and Theo. They were wonderful and so pleasant to work with. They made my day. It is so nice to have someone treat with respect. Thank you Theo and Jessica.

I can't think of a thing. The service at this location was excellent; the hours were excellent. The staff was accommodating and helpful. When we had to extend the truck for another day, there was no issue. We were so pleased with the service that we decided to use this particular UHaul location to have our tow package installed, rather than the location which is actually closer to our house. I would most definitely use their services again!
