I had a very frustrating experience with the dispatcher when I made my reservation. It was difficult to understand her and she seemed very impatient. I made my reservation for the 2601 15th Ave W location but when I got my email confirmation, I noticed it said my reservation was for a location at 630 Elliott. I was grateful I happened to notice the change. I called and spoke to another dispatcher to sort it out and was told that the Elliott Ave location was out of the cargo vans so they had reassigned me to the Elliott Ave location. The problem with that was I had not been told that the location had been changed. After I picked up my van this morning at the Elliott Ave location, I receive a text message that the 15th Ave location was waiting for me to pick up the van at that location. The mix up not to mention the lack of good communication really makes me reluctant to rent with Uhaul again. However, I want to say that the gentleman at Elliott Ave who handled my rental was outstanding. He was very congenial, professional, and helpful. I appreciated him even more after the fiasco with the reservations.

The van's real fuel consumption either does not correspond to what the maker claims or the fuel tank was not really full when we picked it up. Although the fuel meter was showing completely full. 10.4 mpg is really poor assuming we were using a highway most of the time.
