I don't remember anyone telling me that i would have a 100 miles per day. only asking me how many miles i would drive. I remember being ask what time I would bring the truck back, not know I had until before opening the next day. I found out when I called to see if there was an additional charge for returning the truck before close of business that day. which was a couple hours later than I said I would return.

When you tell a customer there will be a 26' truck, get a 26' truck! Not a 20'! Be nicer on the phone. Don't call a customer 2 days before they are moving to another state to tell them their truck will not be there. Uhaul is unable to get their act together. I had to drive an hour out of the way I was going to pick up the truck when I originally was told 3 minutes away. & it wasn't even the right truck! When you make a reservation it is NOT AT ALL set in stone. I will never use this company again. I will use

I told the person who checked everything over when I returned the truck, that the seat belt alarm would alarm every 40 seconds despite the fact that the seat belts were in use. This was very annoying. Just make sure this is taken care of so that the next person who rents this truck doesn't have this to deal with.

I was rented a truck that shook after it went over 45 mph toet that some glass goods were broke in the truck. I explained this to the lot personnel, the manager, and the counter cashier and know one cared about it or tried to work with me on anything.

I called and was given a quote of approx $630 for a 17' truck. The agreement was for 4 days and 710 miles. First, there is no option for less than 4 days. I returned the truck in about 30 hours, but I'm still forced to pay for a 4 day rental, which equates to me wasting money. In addition, I only used 635 of 710 allocated miles. With no reimbursement options, I'm being forced to pay for time and miles that I don't use. I'm guessing about $150 of my dollars were wasted by this poor customer service policy. It's good for your company, but makes me want to do everything i can possibly do to avoid renting a truck in the future. Second, my quote did not include taxes and fees, which totaled nearly $100 more than I was expecting to pay. I find this as an extremely poor business practice, and your agents suffer the wrath of upset customers as a result. Tell the customer the information they need to know up front so they can properly plan for it. Honesty can go a long way. Finally, the gas tank read 3/8 tank, but the agent tried to pass it off as a half tank. The tanks on these trucks are large and expensive to fill. If I hadn't challenged the agent, I could've been forced to pay for gas I wasn't responsible for, or pay the ungodly refueling fees charged by the company. While the truck was in quality condition, my overall customer experience was quite poor.

Returned to this location the truck after hours. Was called next morning by representative that did not see contract gas was returned at a little under half which is what I picked up at. Store rep argued me up and down until was shown the actual mileage of original contract. Store needs to learn about customer service values.

I made my U-Haul reservations on line well in advance of my pick-up date (about a month). I drove from Tulsa to Little Rock the previous day. I arrived at my pick-up location in Jacksonville, at 8a.m. to be told that my truck would not be delivered until 10a.m. When the salesclerk looked on his computer, he told me that my reservation had been dropped from the system and didn't know why. He was attempting to call the 1-800 # but when I told him I had to leave to check on my children and would appreciate a phone call from him, he said it would be easier to call the 1-800 number myself. Really???? After some prompting he said he could call the Sherwood store to see if perhaps my reservation was with him. He dialed the number and handed me the phone. They did not have my reservation either but did have a truck so I left and drove to the Sherwood store. The personnel were very polite and helpful. I had reserved two dozen packing blankets but when I asked for them I was told there was a shortage of packing blankets in Arkansas. Again, Really???? I was forced to use my own blankets, sheets, or whatever I could find to protect my furniture. The truck was clean and ran well. I was very disappointed with the reservation experience, being asked to basically find my own truck, and then not having the requested blankets. I may or may not use U-Haul on my next move.

Customer service and customer care are obviously of the lowest concern with, not only the Sherwood, AR store, but Uhaul in general! I could never recommend a service to anyone, who treats individuals and handles situations the way this company handles situations. I will never use this company again for anything. I also feel it's my duty to spread the word on the military installation where I am stationed, to everyone I know, to not use the Uhaul store in Sherwood, AR.

The truck had a fluid indicator light on. Fluid in radiator was good. No mechanic on duty. Manager on duty said it would be ok. It was ok. Never heated up. Great manager and great service from Brittney.

The young Lady in charge of your Store. Was outstanding. Very much a hand on person with the customers.
