For as nice as the men were at the return site, I can not recommend Uhaul to a friend. Period. Turns out, our return location, which was closer than the pick up location in Conway, had a few larger trucks available that day! So why did corporate direct us to a farther location for a small truck!?

I was very dissatisfied due to the fact they made me bring the truck back 10 hours before it was due back. I rented the truck at 7:30pm on Monday and was called at 900am on Tuesday telling me that I should have had the truck back by midnight on that Monday. I made my husband stop what he was doing to take the truck back and then find out that them calling me was a mistake. We did not get a chance to move all we needed to move and that was disappointing. How can that mistake happen. Anyway I guess we will have to find another way to move what we needed moved

This 6x12 enclosed trailer rental experience was great. Had the right equipment, it was serviceable, quick-in and out. Friendly, and helpful staff. Got accomplished what I intended and returned without incident. Will do business here again!

This comment is not specifically about this location but it rather is the U-Haul system. The receipt that I received when I picked up the truck conveniently had fuel marking on it and how to calculate how much fuel that I would need to put in when I return. I followed the instruction according to the fuel gauge on the receipt and ended up returning the truck with way more fuel than I had to, therefore, wasted $30 on unnecessary fuel... I highly recommend calibrating the fuel reading on the u-haul system to put on the receipt so that there's no unhappy customers in the future who had spend more money than required on fuel when returning the truck...

Being overcharged without permission and then being told, "sorry, sometimes that happens and we will try to have your money back to you within 3-5 business days" is completely unacceptable. Having a hole
inside the cab that leaked water all over my boxes, ruined my books and clothes and being told "sorry, the trucks are old" without ANY apology or offer to make things right
was also unacceptable. Probably the worst experience I've had moving. Especially considering I essentially had money stolen off my credit card which most people would go to jail for. Stay away!

Lady who handled my reservation on the phone was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly...When I came in to pick up my trailer, Customer Service Rep Shane was also very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and helpful,...trailer was ready and clean. Can't ask for more than that!

I was issued defective equipment. After I identified the problem to the U-Haul store in Sherwood, the Assistant Manager failed to repair the underlying issue and only provided a quick fix to get me out the door. A few miles down the road, the problem returned, but was not identified until nearly 200 miles away from the store. The Assistant Manager Chris (last name unknown) needs to be re-trained or taken out of a management role.
We spent 2.5 hours in an abandoned parking lot in Arkadelphia, Arkansas waiting for help. The mechanic did his best to get us back on the road, but the problem was greater than he could handle in that environment. He graciously followed us to Texarakana, where we had to get a room overnite.
The next day, we were given a new trailer in Texarkana and resumed our trip. The manager offered to refund us for the cost of the hotel and the equipment, but refused to upgrade us to a truck and tow dolly as we requested.
