The location failed to anticipate how many customers would want to rent or had reservations for the end of the month. The line at 9:15 am was approx. 25 deep with only one rental agent. More had to be called in - really! It took over 1 hour to pick up my reserved rental.

We had to hold the Passenger side mirror to be able to see as it constantly moved while driving. their was dirty towels in the back area. And it took us 45 mins to put 25 dollars worth of fuel in because of the fuel tank not meeting the new standards for gas station fuel nozzles. Overall it was extremely aggravating

I have only ever seen one person working the counter. On not so busy days this is fine, but this time around there was a long line of people waiting on one person to check them in. I was early so I didn't have to wait long.

I arrived 10 minutes after the location opened on Sunday and I was the 22nd person in line!! There was one guy checking people in at the front desk and one attendant getting vehicles. I waited in line 1 hour and 20 minutes before I was able to get to the front desk and confirm my "quick check-in" reservation and get my rental truck.

My reservation of a 17' truck was not available at pick up time. I needed the truck that day so I took a 15' that was available but it required multiple trips since it was not quite big enough. Because they did end up giving me the 15' truck I was not able to claim the $50 reservation guarantee.

On days with that many reservations to serve make sure you have more than one person working the counter. A line of 30 or 40 people formed while only 3 customers were served during the space of an hour. It took us an 1 hour 40 minutes to get our truck that was reserved for 9. We ended up finally leaving at 10:40. With a stock of that many vehicles they need more team members to serve that many customers. They also need to communicate with the customers better to separate out those people who had reservations or were dropping off vehicles so that those people would not have to wait forever in line just to be told that they didn't have to wait to drop off their vehicle.

As I was driving into the lot, the person who was coming out of the pickup (which I presumed to be for which turned out to be indeed for me), was smiling to me while I pulled in to the lot. The demeanor was very pleasant that cheered a gray gloomy morning weather. While waiting in line, I observed the only person on the counter was friendly. The person at the counter did not acknowledge my presence though after 5 minutes so I just wandered around the store as they seem to be taking more time than what I think-too much side chat if you will. Eventually, as more people were coming in, I went back to the line and another person manned the other counter. Did not give a very welcoming greeting nor happy demeanor and did not ask how he could help me but the annoying question of "what do you want"? As if asking his own family or other people not for customers. Other than that, the return experience was pleasant. Cheerful happy person attended that for me. And after the devastating windstorm, that was great consolation where the pickup truck I rented was very much helpful. Thank you.

I reserved a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived I was informed that the reservation had been changed to a 5x10. The local staff fixed it. They were great. Clearly, the UHaul reservation system that changes a customer reservation without notifying the customer is rated 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is good.

Triple check what your receipt says! Mine noted incorrect mileage and I was in a hurry to check it. When we returned the truck, they charged me $40 more for "100 miles" that we didn't use

We waited 1/2 hour to get our truck. The gentlemen who helped us was very nice. When you know it is a busy time of the year, have more staff. The truck was clean and ran fine. Return went very smooth.

I had originally scheduled to pickup my truck at this location. I was running late to pick up the truck and one of your service agents called me and complained that I was late and needed to get there or they wouldn't hold my reservation. I explained that I was confused on the location (why is an office in Shoreline called North Seattle?), and that I would go straight away to get the truck at the Shoreline office. Once I got there, they didn't even have my truck. Why would someone call and complain that I need to hurry up and get my truck when the office didn't even have it in stock? Ultimately, I had to drive to the Lynnwood location and no one would give me a discounted rate for not fulfilling my original order. I will likely look into Penske the next time I move.

My truck was available on schedule, but when I arrived, they had numerous other trucks and I would have been able to use one earlier than the promised 3PM time, as I was led to believe my reserved truck was the only available truck in the area that day.. An update phone call about earlier availability would have been helpful.

I originally was going to pick up a van at a different location. On the morning of my pickup, I was moved to this location. It would've been nice if the round-trip miles from the former location to this location had been credited, or at least some discount applied for the inconvenience of having to travel a longer distance.
