Could use more counter people on weekends. There were 8 people waiting in line when I left meaning it would be close to an hour before that last person would be served.

Make sure you don't lend out vehicles with broken a/c's that weren't supposed to be rented. And when they are not and the clerk offers a $50 have the manager back that up instead of saying a/c's are not a requirement so we are not entitled to a refund. I will not be using this company again, and I sure is hell wont recommend it to anyone.

More personnel for service. This center is quite busy as it is a central hub for Uhaul services and the employees were doing the best they can even though they are constantly swamped.

Air conditioning in the truck was not working on a 90 degree day. The staff works hard to keep up with customer traffic, but at times they are over whelmed.

The woman at the service desk was great! Very friendly and helpful. The email receipt option was also great. Less paper for me and I also didn't have to wait as long when returning the truck.

They were helpful and knew what they were doing. Two employees helped me bring boxes to my car. I also had to cancel the car tow at the end and they did so without a fee or issue. The only issue I had was that I had requested a 10-foot truck but got a 17-foot truck. I was charged for a 10-footer anyway(thank you!) but the 17-footer was just too big for my stuff. It just created an extra complication. I think that when people take time to reserve a specific vehicle they should get what they asked for. But, I am thankful I wasn't charged for the 17-footer and the staff were great!

This was an absolutely horrible experience. Not only will I not use U-Haul again, but I will strongly advise any friends or family against it. We had to call road-side assistance because the truck wouldn't start after loading it for 1 hour. When road side assistance came he explained that "this happens all the time." After he completed his check, we drove to our location and after unloading, the truck wouldn't start again. This happened three more times later that afternoon. I picked up the truck at 9:30 am and had a scheduled drop off at 2. I was told that should I realize the move would take longer to call before 2 and request to drop it off later free of charge. I called at 10:30 to request a later drop off and said I would drop it off before closing. I then received my bill and was charged for an additional day (totaling $50.45). I have just moved and am going on a vacation and this is absolutely unacceptable. There is a 3 day period for them to review my complaints and who knows how long until I actually receive my money.

I originally had the trailer reserved to be picked up at the Ballard Leary way location (which I swore I selected this option online). I went to Ballard to pick it up and the guy at the desk with a pony tail wasn't very helpful, he just said you're not on my computer here, your trailer is at Aurora. No help, no nothing, no seeing if there's anything he can do to help out or move it to Ballard. I leave to head to Aurora and the guy there was very helpful, and I said I needed to pick up my tow ball as well, unfortunately it was purchased at the Ballard Location, I found it extremely irritating that the guy in Ballard failed to send me on my way with the Tow Ball, so I had to purchase another one at the Aurora location. I still have to head back to Ballard to get a refund for my tow ball.

I've never been to a UHaul before but according to others, my experience was typical. So in that sense, perhaps this place is average. You guys need complete reorganization of your operation. We stood in line for 30 minutes when we had a reservation. Several others waited in line that long just to return a vehicle and then realized they could have just left the keys in the truck. When we got up, the attendant seemed to have way too many things to think about. She tried to give us a van that had not been checked in yet. Then one that had, but the mileage was not recorded. Went to get the mileage. Came back and almost charged me for the last person's rental. I finally got out of there (my car became blocked in by the huge mess of vans and trucks parked every direction). We got about a mile away and realized the dolly I rented was not in the back of the van. So I turned around and drove back to the store to get the dolly.

After unsuccessful effort at the Lynnwood store to rent a trailer the online site said was available, I was able to reserve the trailer at this store.Nice folks; surprisingly, they have only a single printer for the contracts, and it was out of ink. Got an awkward hand written contract after a long delay, which had to be redone when the trailer assigned was not rental ready. Good folks but not well managed.
