I requested a utility dolly and furniture pads and they weren't included. Unfortunately I didn't check to see if they were included until after I had driven back to my place. I immediately called them and they said they would remove those charges from my bill. The next day I got a receipt and they charged me anyways. In addition I had also filled up the gas to the level it was prior to me driving and they charged me an extra $15. My moving location was right down the street and there was no way I could have drove more than 10 miles total going to and fro. I put a gallon and a half of gas back into it at a gas station literally across the street from the uhaul place so if anything I returned it with more gas than it originally had.

Uhaul's doing an outstanding job of managing customers and time using technology. I really love being able to hand in my vehicle and get the bill later when it's obviously very busy and there's no time to walk through and bill me. It really helps everyone overall. I trust the folks working there quite a bit. Great shop!

The staff needs to know the rules of their company. We were told incorrect information when we reserved the dolly over the the phone so when we got to store we had problems renting the dolly. The employee at the store saw the reservation notes and said we were misinformed.

So I only drove 11 miles and stopped and put just over a gallon in the tank before returning it I'm pretty sure the needle didn't move. So the lady tells me after inspection that I would have to pay a penalty for not putting enough gas in!! So I had to take the truck back to the station and put another gallon in. I mean come on, your really going to raise a stink over a gallon of gas!! I'm not sure I will ever go back to uhaul. Really disappointed in you guys.

Customer parking was not clearly marked. We parked in a space outlined for a car and were asked to move to the other side of the building. There was no sign saying that customers were not allowed to park on the north side of the building.

After being directed by uhaul staff to go to a location closer we were turned away, actually had uhaul staff throw my contract at me (6720 NE Bothell Way). We were denied dropping off equipment by three uhaul centers; this location wasn't going to take equipment either but only because we were driving around and had already been refused, they accepted the equipment.

I would recommend going to an official UHaul facility. I made a reservation at a body shop that also rents vehicles because it was closer to my home. When I arrived, the shop was closed and a mechanic said no one had been around all week. The UHaul dispatch was great at finding me another vehicle nearby.

I asked the gentlemen about the insurance. I told him I did not need or want the optional insurance coverage. I signed the little screen when it came up and I specifically asked what it was. He said that it was a waiver which to me means that I wanted it waived. When I got my final billing I noticed that I was charged $10 for CDW insurance. This seems very deceitful to me. Wrong Wrong Wrong

Nothing that I can think of.The people there are always pleasant and very helpful.Before I retired from the post office at 145th & Aurora I always recommended that branch U-Haul to our customers if we were out of boxes or tape or for whatever they needed.

The waits to pick up the truck and to drop it off were close to 20 minutes. That's too long. The bed of the truck was dirty. This didn't matter to me since I was going to be taking things to the dump but it could have been a problem. The price was much higher than anticipated once all of the fees were tacked on.

Employee was swearing because computer wouldn't work when I checked in and became more agitated the longer it took even yelling at his manager. They forgot to put a dolly in my truck, I also had requested a furniture dolly and they looked at me like I was an idiot and told me they hadn't had those for 6 months and so I stated that they shouldn't be advertised if they don't carry them. I also ordered 12 furniture pads, only received 6 but was charged for 18. I had to go thru customer service to get all of that fixed. Worse experience I've ever had with u-haul. Will never go back to this location.

I had reserved 2 utility hand trucks but when I came to pick up my truck, they were not there and the customer service representative said they were all out. They didn't charge us for them, but this was very frustrating. When we returned the truck, the manager told us that the uhaul reservation guarantee, you know the one that says your equipment would be there or you refund us $50, does not include the utility hand truck. This doesn't make sense because the rules do not say that and we reserved it for our giant move with all helpers that were 55 years old or older. This made moving very difficult. The manager did approve refunding us $18, but that didn't make up for the mistake. I will never rent from uhaul again based on this experience. And I will definitely be sharing this story with my friends. Had she refunded us $50, I would not be feeling this way.

U-Haul did not deliver on the online arrangements I made one month in advance of my move. Due to the overall unreliable service and last minute changes from U-Haul, I will look for options before using U-Haul again. Moving is challenging enough without having to deal with unreliable, incompetent companies.

I was quoted the insurance charge as $8, but when I got there, they said it was $8 per day. I was told if I returned it Sunday night, I wouldn't be charged for the 5th day, but in reality, I would be charged for the 5third day anytime past noon on Sunday. Communication was very poor, which makes me end up paying more than I thought I should be charged. I also start to wonder if the communication was deliberate so I would choose uhaul over anot her rental place because the price was lower, but when all is said & done, I am paying the same price for 5 days at uhaul instead of the 7 I would have had at aurora rents.
