be honest about then REAL gas mileage we were told 10 we got 8.2 doesn't sound like alot but it is about 15 % below what we were told the truck did quite well otherwise .

The trailer leaked. Some of the contents got wet. The tires of the trailer were mismatched and a concern to me. The exterior was a mess but the inside was clean. I was OK with everything until the rain got in. Personally, I think an adjustment to the rental agreement should be made - a discount for the inconvenience of leakage and wet luggage. Thank you. The employee's at this location were outstanding!!! Becky got me of running. She knew product and offered up proper tools for easy smooth moving . Bradley the site manger took customer satisfaction to top scale!! Upon return of my rental they as well were friendly , smiling, and enjoyed service! Many will take the time to point out bad thoughts. Well I want to point the great side of the group . Take pride they did U-Hal proud. Thank you and your staff !! I was a bit apprehensive about returning the vehicle as I figured there may be a surprise. There were NONE! The lady came out almost immediately and went through the "light check" and stated I hadn't gone over mileage or days and that she would send the invoice to my email. The equipment was perfect and I was pleasantly surprised from pickup to return of the vehicle. I have absolutely no idea what could have been done better!

When a reservation is made then it should be honored. When I called to rent your 26ft truck we were supposed to pick it up in Mansfield, La but instead (at no fault of ours) had to pick it up in Shreveport, La, causing us to spend more money on gas and take more time out of our already busy schedule. My husband picked the truck up and and to immediately put gas in it because it was almost on empty which cost us $100.00. I'm still very upset about the entire experience with U-Haul. I spoke to customer service and they credited $50.00 to my credit card which doesn't even begin to compare to how much money we had to spend extra on gas because we had to drive out of our way to pick up and drop off U-Haul truck in Shreveport instead of pick up in Mansfield, La and drop off in Coushatta, La. I won't be using U-Haul anything again after this horrible experience nor will I recommend U-Haul to anyone I know. My name: Charlene Baird Contract #:91157722

the agent in Shreveport told me and my wife (two witnesses) that we would be refunded for any days the trailer was returned early. we returned the trailer early (3/26). The agent in Port Angeles said that was wrong and that uhaul had never credited for early trailer returns. Someone needs to be held accountable for this misinformation.

This was not the location I had asked for. I had asked for the other location because it was in the neighborhood and within walking distance. This is the second time I have rented a truck from UHaul and they changed the pickup location. It took too long to get waited on. There were five people waiting to be served and only one person to render service.

You might want to warn customers on the website that they might have to purchase pin adaptors to make the hitch system work with the system on their truck or SUV. Good experience. Friendly employees. Very Happy.

I want to say a big thank you to this uhaul they went above and beyond and helping me out. They stayed open just a few minutes late just so I could rent a truck and car dolley after breaking down 500 miles away from home. This was the best experience of my life dealing with uhaul. Another uhaul did not have the equipment I needed and the lady was nice enough to take my girlfriend and myself to this location. I would not have been able to make it home without her or Roberts help. They need a raise. Thank you guys again so much for your kindness. God bless you guys so much.

We have had good experience with U-Haul in the past the last time when we return the truck there seem to be some confusion as to what the employees were supposed to do and it took a while for us to get taken care of.

Both the check in person and the person who checked me out was rude. The check in person was very very rude. I will never be back to due business. Plus she put on there that it was not returned with enough gas so they charged me 30.00. Which was a lie. I put 30.00 in gas in it before I returned it and all I went was 68 miles. So I am not happy with any thing. Uh auk has lost a customer who has done a lot of business with them due to this

Had to wait. Five customers in line for one haul rep while three other employees stood around. One manager was too busy on cell phone. Trailer lights would not work which was another 20 minutes instead of just getting another trailer. Never this location for me again.

There was one person working the counter who was really slow and mumbled to the point where I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. They also kept receiving phone calls that no one answered. There was another person behind the counter, but soon after I got in line he left to go outside to help another guy fill big pots of water for a crawfish boil. The truck I received only had an 1/8th of a tank of gas which seemed annoyingly low, and when the lady dropped the truck off she said make sure the gas and millage is right and then immediately walked away. The millage was different, about 3/10ths of a mile different, but even if I wanted to correct it there really wasn't and opportunity to do so.
