The inside smiled like someone had smoked in it a long time. There was still pine pollen dust on the dash and inside of cab. Truck ran well for having almost 200,000 mile on it.

The two guys working the counter were very personable and helpful. They actually made the difference between a rather bland exchange to being welcoming and pleasant exchange at both pick up and drop off. Wish I had gotten their names to share in this review...definitely a positive experience.

Don't call customers at 7:40am. If a customer calls to extend a rental, make sure it's put in the system. That way the customer won't receive a phone call at 7:40 am asking where the truck is.

Gentleman on site was rude. Arrived at 8:59 and he said we are not open yet. Then proceeded to take another customer ahead of us after 9. The lady working on site eventually helped us and was very nice. Gentleman was rude and made rude remarks.

Even though this was the closest location to our home, the website was not pulling this location as an option to rent equipment. Even after calling the rental phone number, they could not locate this business as an option for us. It was only after a third phone call that anyone from uhaul found this in the database. At the end of the day it worked out great. They were quick and thorough and explained all the rules and fees clearly. I would rent from here again.

The location was too crowded with UHaul trucks, the store was small and untidy and the location was difficult to get to in a truck. I will not be using UHaul again for any of my moves and I will suggest to others to use another company because of this experience.

Large 26' truck was very low on gas - complained that truck should have been ready to go with sufficient fuel - person running office was arguementative and did not care that I had to make an extra stop at a gas station to fill up their empty gas tank - in order to return the truck as rented, I would have to return it on empty - hard to do without running out of gas on the freeway - I have rented numerous times from UHaul and the trucks are always clean, gassed up and ready to go - this store was the exception - avoid this location

Have rented here at least 3 times -- good staff, easy to get in and out quickly -- equipment maintained well and staff knows what they're doing, are nice and friendly. Location is right off 285, so it is easy to get in and out of -- other Atlanta locations on surface streets in congested areas and not easy or quick to access. Although I live closer to other Uhaul locations than this one, I will come here for the above reasons, and recommend to others.
