The location was too crowded with UHaul trucks, the store was small and untidy and the location was difficult to get to in a truck. I will not be using UHaul again for any of my moves and I will suggest to others to use another company because of this experience.

Large 26' truck was very low on gas - complained that truck should have been ready to go with sufficient fuel - person running office was arguementative and did not care that I had to make an extra stop at a gas station to fill up their empty gas tank - in order to return the truck as rented, I would have to return it on empty - hard to do without running out of gas on the freeway - I have rented numerous times from UHaul and the trucks are always clean, gassed up and ready to go - this store was the exception - avoid this location

Have rented here at least 3 times -- good staff, easy to get in and out quickly -- equipment maintained well and staff knows what they're doing, are nice and friendly. Location is right off 285, so it is easy to get in and out of -- other Atlanta locations on surface streets in congested areas and not easy or quick to access. Although I live closer to other Uhaul locations than this one, I will come here for the above reasons, and recommend to others.

Please have duplicate keys in case your renters lock the keys inside the truck by accident. I did and had to pay a locksmith $228 to get the key out and turn in the truck.

I rented on line, pickup was smooth, very nice man at the desk, return was after hours and easy as well. Early the next morning, my invoice with my total cost was emailed to me. Very good experience!

My truck did not have appropriate electrical wiring and when we returned to add the auto transport trailer with a loaded truck, the lights on the trailer did not work. It delayed our departure by 2.5 hours. Mr. Young, the General Manager, at this location agreed to provide a discount on the rental to compensate us for the time. However, it took multiple calls to him in order to assure that the discount was applied.

It did not make sense for the rep to call me on Sunday asking when I deliver the truck. When I dropped it off Saturday night. I'm concerned that if something could have happened to it. I would be held liable. They need to do a better job of checking the equipment.
