Truck was SERIOUSLY out of alignment and/or wheels were SEVERELY unbalanced and needed MAJOR repair as driving it above 15 mph was dangerous.

The only issue we had was the truck transmission appeared to be slipping and we were worried we would end up stranded or have issues Completing our quick move. The gentleman that checked us in was going to check out the truck once we left.

Check in at counter was painful. Very unfriendly, no smile, mechanical, questions met with icy stare or distain for asking. Clearly my presence was an inconvenience. Return guy was great: upbeat & enthusiastic. Will look to other U-haul locations in the future.

The customer service was very poor from the 2 attendants we met. They seem not to enjoy their job. A little friendliness will make customers come back or refer others. Picking up and returning were unpleasant experiences. Pleasant Hill location is a more friendly location.

The truck I waz leased should be removed from service due to body damge to the drivers side door. The truck ran and performed very well however I was concerned the door would suddenly open. I only needed the truck for a short distance. Had it been a long trip I would have refused it.

The 14 foot truck I rented was horrible. It was very hard to handle that it shook so bad that it took both hands to keep any control of the truck. Over all the vehicle was mot maintained properly at all.

Staff was really rude and unhelpful.I told the person at the counter that I absolutely needed to reserve the drop off closer to my destination. She snapped at me saying that's not an option for the truck I used EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED IT ONLINE! You need to make it clear so that 10' ft trucks can get dropped off at alternate locations and that data is on the same screen as your customer service reps UHAUL. I had to return a 10ft truck and had to add an extra 30 miles . the milege itself cost me an extra 40 dollars PLUS my gas! That's not service - that's a rip off. I will never be using U-Haul again and I work for a small business that needs deliveries very frequently. Progressive, Budget and Ryder are all willing to offer me the best rate - there all getting an ear full from me today.

someone from a back office had to come out and wait on us b/c another clerk was w a customer, she was not happy that she had to come out, by the end of the transaction she settled down and was nice but at first a little frustrated, i presume at the coworker, but not a good impression on the customer - just fyi

When I booked the reservation on the phone I was quoted .89 cents a mile. When I picked up the truck they said it was .99 cents a mile. They should have honored the price quoted to me. Next time when they send a confirmation that should be included.

The mirror on the passenger side did not work. It was so loose that it just would swing the wntire time I was driving. I was terrified because I could not see to change lanes and I was in the truck by myself so I had no one to help me check to see if cars were on the left of me. It was really a nightmare driving on downtown Atlanta. I reported it to two different employees when I dropped it off and the were pleasant but they acted like it was no big deal. He just said, yeah we have several other trucks we have to take care of too.

utility trailer tire had a slow leak. Drove back 5 miles to pickup location to have a tech change tire. They refused. Said I should call 800 number for service tech. Waited 2 hours at location for repairs. Service tech found remaining tires under inflated. Not happy.

They were not very customer friendly. The night I went to pick up the truck no one acknowledged me when I walked in the store. One lady was counting the change drawer and did not even look up while I was standing in front of her counter. I had a better experience the next day when dropping off...because I had two different employees who were there. I will not rent from this location again.

I was supposed to pick-up a vehicle at 7:00AM; the girl that was supposed to open the building didn't show up. Another U-Haul employee showed up around 8:15 and opened the building. He was wonderful--very helpful. Can't really say anything nice about the girl that didn't show up, except that it is bad for business.

Charges were made on card towards fuel when the truck was returned over the original contracted returned amount. A picture of the original contract was made and can be forwarded. The actions of this store show that U-HAUL is possibly running a scam against its customers to gain additional financial gain through the use of falsified documentation. I demand a full refund of the funds for the hardship this action has caused my family as I was working on a set budget. I will never use your company in the future if this is a standard practice of U-HAUL branches and resolution is not made within a expedient timely fashion.

Jerry who helped me when I picked it up was tremendous. The experience was great. When I turned it in the next morning the experience was the exact opposite. I did not bring in my contract and the associate (female) behind the counter gave me the big sigh turned around and shook her head. She had no smile and no desire to provide any level of customer service. She made it where I would not return to your location unless Jerry was there to check me in and out.

We had a very poor customer service attendant for the second time at this location. Her name is Chunda Wals. Ms. Wals has a very poor attitude, really more like "crappy attitude". This was the second time my husband and I had her make the reservation. When asking her specific questions, she just stood there and looked at us af if we were not even there. We greeted her with a good morning and she grunted under her breath good morning back. We don't know what's going on with Ms. Wals. Our first negative experience we chalked it to her having a bad day. We all do. But the second time was even worse. She really should not in the forefront taking care of customers, but instead should be working behind a computer where she has no personal contact with the public. Someone should have a serious talk with her about the meaning of customer service. She has a very mean and evil attitude.
