I was so sad that I had to pay for a full hitch and ball assembly. It soured me on the entire UHAUL experience, and I will likely not rent their trailers in the future.

general manager was very professional when I picked up. When I dropped off a nice polite woman asked for the keys and then escorted me inside to complete my transaction. The manager even let me park my van there for the day. This location is highly recommended.

We made a reservation for a storage AND a truck but they couldn't find our truck reservation and almost made us take more expensive and unnecessarily bigger truck. Customer service was non existent and to top it all of the next day they call us saying that we didn't return our key, when the truck was return to this location and the employee verbally told me that it was all set. Had to go back and sort this out. What a hassle. Never here again.

The truck was new, only 1,500 miles on it. That was GREAT. BUT, it clearly hadn't been cleaned inside or out after the last rental. The cab had food crumbs all over it (clearly whoever rented it before was a slob). The steering well was very sicky (as if a soda has been spilled on it).

The service at this location was friendly, quick, and efficient. Additionally, the van i rented was the nicest uhaul vehicle i have ever rented. Thanks for making my move that much easier!

We experienced a problem with low gas in vehicle the budget person said no problem just bring back to returning location with same amount of gas which we did and we were charged $65.00 $35 gas $35 service charge. We called customer service and locations and they said they couldn't do anything. This is unacceptable customer service so I will never rent or recommend U-Haul for future service.

I was mislead three times on your policy. I was charged a second day when I was told that I would not. Pickup Saturday 5:15pm and returned Sunday 8pm. Was informed that it will be one day. I am disputing with Visa. Your company should be looked into for deceptive practices.

I've used this location several times for moves around the somerville area, it's always quick, easy and painless. Which is about as much a you could ask for when moving.

The condition of the van was okay, brakes were okay and not great. The 12v port was not working, seems both were broken. It would be nice if it was fixed.

The young man working at the time was very pleasant but his service was severely hampered by the extremely slow computer connection. It took a very, very long time to get the paperwork done and print out our receipts. PLEASE fix your computer system. Our 10' truck was great, though.....almost brand new!

It was worth the $60 discount to drop off in Somerville rather than Wilmington, but the Somerville facility was not easy to find (at least for my TomTom). Not really much you can do about that.
Once I got there, the lot was well organized, easy dropoff, etc.

Gas level was inacurate when I picked the car up. This is the second time this is happening at this location. When I returned the car the clerk wanted to charge me and I had to argue. I put 5 gallon of gas for about 50 miles driven.

Despite receiving an email confirmation for my reservation of a 14' truck (copied below) and calling U-Haul several days prior to the scheduled pickup date to personally reconfirm the 14' length and pickup details for my reservation (with Gilbert on 4/3/13 at approx 3:05 PM, EST), the Somerville U-Haul location had my reservation for a 10' truck. This is not the first time this has happened. Very frustrating.
