Chris the manger was extremely rude. I am a pretty regular customer but I will no longer be renting from this location and will start renting from other companies other than uhaul.

When presented with a flyer for the storage services at this location, I said "You can keep that", and they still forced it on me. First suggestion: stop handing those out at all. Second suggestion: if someone asks you not to give them a piece of paper that they know they don't need, don't force it on them!

Learn who your regular clients are and what continuous business means. I will never use this location again and may never use UHaul for that matter. I was a loyal client up until my last rental in which your policy regarding rental time was the driving factor. Returning my rental 2 hours after 5:00 (7:00) when this return was addressed when I rented it and expressed my expected return time was miss understood by my rental agent. I was charged an addition days service and insurance. You have now lost my regular business and I would never recommend or refer you again.

would have liked free coffee while waiting on my trailer hitch installation. They did set my expectations for the length of time appropriately and had tv and a computer station available, so that was nice.

we were charged a $25 cleaning fee for minor debris, if at all. We have a corporate account and use this service often. To knit pick about this stuff encourages us to look for another service like Enterprise.

They were painting their lines for demarcation of spaces. It seemed pretty disorganized and the painters from the uhaul employees didn't know what to do when and where to go how. It was unnecessarily confusing for customers and the painters included.

Well, I regret that I must give good news and bad news. Every front line repredentative at the facility is terrific, fantastic, friendly, and wonderful. The bad news is the general managerJerry Oulette is rude, curt, uncooperative, and acts less like a customer service representative, and more like a customer policeman. If it weren't for the front line staff, and the good facility, Jerry's conduct makes me never want to come there again, and to tell everyone I know (I speak to thousands each year as a public speaker) to avoid Jerry or that facility at all costs, because I feel if they go there and meet him, they will find him to be mean, rude, assumptive and accusatory --acting as a policeman, based on false assumptions. He seems to be predisposed to think and act as though customers are there to to try and "rip him off." I was conducting a local move that was within 5 miles of the facility. If you check my records you will see that only 15 miles were put on the truck. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and poor weather, I was forced to retain the truck for an extra day. Within 2 hours after the time it was due I had not yet called to renew for one more day. The general manager, Jerry, call me and my wife up on the phone and treated us like common criminals, treating us as though we jacked his truck to drive down to New Jersey and steal cigarettes or something. I use rental vehicles and rental facilities all the time, and I intimately understand the processes and procedures very well --As I am in a rental car for my work nearly 20 days a month. Jerry wanted to make a completely new pre authorization on my credit card for triple the amount and made a baseless estimation that my mileage would be at least 60 or 75 miles. this is completely ridiculous behavior, as the additional 40 charge could have been easily tagged on the original pre authorization. Jerry refused to use the original pre-authorization and tag the extra $40 on to it at the time of return, and he was insisting instead to recharge (or pre-authorized AGAIN a completely new charge) on the card for the entire amount of the rental --which was calculated using his baseless assumptions that I'm tooling all over town, which would mean that the original pre authorization would have retained money from my credit card, and then he would have charged me again for charges that had already been preauthorized. He didn't need to do that (I know rental car rental policies, charging procedures, etc., so I know this is completely uncalled for a $40 extendion) --it is also inappropriate to recharge the entire instead of just the estimated extra, which was also unnecessary, and his behavior and conduct on the phone was rude, threatening, accusatory, and he treated my wife and I and as though we are some kind of low life crooks--very rude, embarrassing, and he made my wife cry. This sort of behavior is completely uncalled for over $40 extension on an $80 rental. In conclusion, I think that--consid

The GM has no concept on how to handle or manage a business. I am President of my own company and also Director of Operations for a larger business. This location I have used in the past with no issues except my last use. The truck was unsafe with broken mirrors on both sides. The alignment was so far off the truck could only be driven on slow speeds when I needed it on the highway. The GM acknowledge the broken mirrors and said they were waiting on parts and that the mechanic found no issue with the alignment. No truck should be rented with broken mirrors as this is a safety issue and also unless they have an alignment bay how would anyone know of an issue with the alignment unless it was driven at fast speeds. I took a video of this while driving and pictures. I guess the GM didn't care to see the video or pictures. I was offered a 20 dollar gift card! Wow! Took me longer and more money out of pocket to pay the movers longer because of the slow speed of 35 mph on a highway. And the GM told me I was dramatizing the situation but yet he wasn't the one who was moving and had no clue about anything. Also I never ordered a dolly or furniture pads and these were strapped inside the truck taking up 3 feet by 3 feet of space and this was NEVER mentioned in my reservation and took up space I could of used rather than using my own pickup for 5 boxes. Luckily my credit card company agreed to dispute 50 dollars for my troubles and lack of saftey and concern by the GM and that location. Even though it cost me 100 dollars extra...the fact they acknowledge this was horrible was happy enough for me. Beware of returning the truck as they block off spaces and force customers to park their returns in the front of the building making it impossible to leave your truck. I was able to move some cones and signs and park it on the sidewalk.

Mostly, things weren't smoothly, but I was called twice unnecessarily: once with a question about why I hadn't returned the truck by 4:00 pm when I had reserved it until the evening, and a second time when the employees could' find the key I had left in the slot ( they ultimately found it.)

Truck interior was not cleaned between rentals. Windshield and all interior surfaces were tacky to touch. Ashtray was not emptied from previous renter. Truck pulled hard to the left and shaked intensely at speeds between 20-50 mph. Customer service rep unable to explain company policies regarding collection of personal information or requiring signature on inspection form (e.g. fuel level, vehicle damage) prior to actual inspection.
