I had no problem getting the piece of equipment. my problem was with the bring back of the equipment. The person that was checking the van back in was very unprofessional along with his co worker I did not get either one of their names. I did get a call from the assistant manager and informed him of their little joke which I did not find funny. When leaving the property he was still laughing at me. I have A HEART PROBLEM when I reached my vehicle I needed my nitro. I think they need to take a course in manners and how to deal with your customer. They thought they were quite funny but I informed them they weren't and they were still laughing when I was leaving.

I don't know why I recived a call telling me the vehicle was overdue. I rented it for the day. Yes, I told the guy at the counter I expected to be done by noon, but the voice mail I received made it sound like I was in violation of the contract. Odd.

Everything except for returning the vehicle was professional and done fine. When I returned the vehicle I parked it behind another vehicle in the designated area. I asked an attendant (I believe his name was Neal) what I should do, he said to wait with my vehicle, so I did. When Neal finally returned to process my truck another attendant driving a vehicle started harassing me about where I parked the truck. He repeatedly asked why I hadn't pulled up, what the sign said (referring to the pull up sign) and why I didn't pull up. I explained that Neal had asked me to stay with my vehicle and that is what I had done. There were no cars behind me and absolutely no reason to be interrogated about where I parked the truck as it was in the correct place. I asked Neal if he was the attendant's manager and Neal said no. Neal also said that the other attendant was just trying to get a rise out of me. Even if the attendant thought it was funny, I did not. I felt that this particular employee who's name who I was unable to get was extremely unprofessional and rude over something so trivial. I also asked him to stop arguing with me and continued to berate me over where I parked. The attendant that processed my returned vehicle,again I believe his name was Neal, was courteous and professional.

If the credit card given at pick-up is different than the one used to make t he reservation, please confirm which credit card will be charged. That was not made clear to me and the wrong card was charged for my rental.

Fired John Alexis who is extremely disrespectful towards clients and management. His attitude was a threat to me as he was very impulsive, aggressive, and I actually believed that he could physically attack me. He seemed a very angry person or maybe he was under the influence of any drugs. He even continued going on and on after the manager told me to stop. This guy gives this place a bad name. He doesn't know how to treat customers or handle any conflicts appropriately.

A few years ago, I rented a van from this location with no problems so I decided to use them again. totally different experience. This time, the van smelled like stale urine. So much so that we had to ride with the windows open the whole time, even on the highway and still felt nauseous from the smell. The steering wheel was sticky. The front windshield was so covered in dead bugs that it was hard to see out of even if you tried spraying windshield washer fluid. I would've thought that at the least they'd give the cars a wipe down in between users as they do at rental car locations. To top off the whole experience, I received a phone call asking when I was returning the van and told that I was being charged for a second day when I had already returned the van the night before. I called back and after some time, they were able to locate the returned rental van. They thanked me for calling back and assured that I'd only be charged for the 1 day. No apology for the mistake that they had made. This is the first time in my life that I'm writing a negative review for a place but I was really shocked by all the issues that we had.

Everyone in the Medford office is friendly, super helpful and accommodating. When I had to wait briefly when dropping off the van, two people came over to let me know that someone would be right there to assist and they were.

When I first arrived to pick up the truck I wasn't sure where to park. I found an area that said "van/car rental parking, parked there, and went inside. Turns out, that was the storage facility and there was no entrance to the rental office. To improve for the next customer I suggest better signage!

upon dropping the truck off our checkin person seemed to have better things to do .becuse the truck was not as nice (uhaul logos and designs) he seemed to think the truck did not belong on the lot he imediately checked it over and was very quick to point out damage on the top corner of the truck which was not logged in when we picked it up in Springfield After several minutes I was force to defend myself and explain to him we had nothing to do with the damage.This was not something he accepted and was very uncomfortable with the whole situation I am still not sure if in his mind he belived me Very uncomfortable
