First my reservation was cancelled after I called framptons to confirm my pick up for 5:30 pm, I got threatening voice messages from reservations saying they were canceling my reserv. Reserv clerk called Framptons and Randy told them not to cancel it because he had talked to me and that I would be there. For some reason you or your system arbitrarily assigned 11 a.m. as my pick up time when it should have been 5 pm, i get there and it took over an hour to figure out why i didn't get the dolly i ordered. After the hour I had to drive another 45 mins in the horrible storm in opposity direction to get a dolly, to be charged for it, the gas used and the mileage used - i have never been treated so poorly, your customer service department is rude and condenscending...i was at work prior to starting my move where i could not take phone calls then got out of work at 3:30 - where the threat to cancel my reservation played out back about noon. Telling me I should of cked my email, my text messages and phone messages. Well I can't I work for a living and none of these is allowed while i work. No previous emails arrived, I did an online order confirmation etc. This has cost me a lot of time and money, I had two guys on one end sitting aroound for an hour and a half waiting for me to work out the issues with uhaul, then i had two other guys on the delivery end that I had to pay an extra 2 hours waiting due to the delays caused me from Uhaul - total of $95. This is unacceptable. Then today I get another charge of nearly $9.00 on my debit card that said i returned the truck to wrong location, which it was always set up to return to...this in turn has cost me a $35.00 overdraft charge on my account........What are you going to do about all this???

Make sure when the lights are connected they're not placed under the little tab it ended up cutting the wire and I had to go to three other U-Haul locations to get the lights fixed on the trailer

I would appreciate getting my receipts via email as promised , if they would know how to spell Realty not Reality. then after your error they aren't able to provide me with receipts. don't understand. otherwise the calling and reserving truck has been very successful.

It was not verbally clarified that the U-haul was due at noon on the due date, only in the physical contract. All text messages/confirmation emails simply said "September 8th," with nothing specifying a time. When we dropped off the U-haul at 3pm, we were charged for an extra day. Incredibly frustrating, as we could have easily returned it the previous day had we known the time of day was a factor.

This is the shittiest service I ever gotten! This was my first and my last time using uhaul for any service!!! I rented a 17' truck for 24 hrs, only to get there and be told it was being rented the next day at 9am when I rented it until 3pm! I will never recommend uhaul to anyone nor will I use again this is the worst service
