Make sure the location confirmed matches the location reserved. I had to rent a larger truck - 20' vs 17' -because I would have had to drive an extra 25 miles to an alternate location. Based on the per mile charge, this would have cost me an extra $27. I was told by the person who called to tell me I needed to go to the alternate location that she could not waive the additional mileage fee. So I ended up paying an extra $10 plus sales tax for the larger truck. Not very fair to the customer!

Did not have a problem with the location. The problem I had was uhaul the company and how they handled the situation. It was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul I will be thinking about using other companies before using this company again.

The person helping me with the contract did not know if the price was higher if I dropped the Uhaul off at a different location. I feel he should know if the price changes if I'm dropping it off 15 miles away. Also, I lost a piece to my table; I called and asked for someone to look in the back of the truck and they said they would get back to me either way ... I never have heard from them.

My price was not matching what was showing up on their screen. The guy at Meineke at to call uhual to get everything straighten out. The poor guy at Meineke worked real hard to have my order matching. Somehow the online order including the price needs to match what the Meineke guys pull up on their screen.

Only problem that a had is.
I reserved a truck with 2 dolly, when I got there they didn't have 1 of those, that is no problem, o got 1, did my work with the truck, returned, and they sent my bill online, that is fine too, but they charged me for 2 dolly, I called but he said he couldn't do anything and gave me a 800 number to call, I did and the person said that she have to talk with somebody about and call me back, she never did, I know is just $7 but that is not right. Glitch occurred with computer/Online reservations.
However the staff on hand re-wrote the contract from scratch and solved the problem.

It was a key drop off site. I drove out of my way to
this site because I did not choose this site. I was told to drop off the uhaul anywhere in Reno then got a message later to use this drop off site. Not my choice.
This site was closed on Sunday. Minor issue.
