Have better access to storage and make doorways big enough for at least a king size bed to fit into the storage unit. Also what use is a second floor storage when there isn't even an elevator to carry you up. Ridiculous to have to carry stuff upstairs in a storage unit.

It is illogical that uhaul charges extra for the use of a dolly and blankets that are already taking up space in a rented vehicle. These items should either be included in the cast of the rental upfront or left off the vehicle allowing full use the rented square footage.

Poorest rental experience ever: 4 different trips to get my unit after multiple location changes, and 3 then additional locations to find rental blankets and only half the number of blankets as my original reservation. It took me nearly 90 miles of travel to get my rental items that I had booked well over a month in advance plus significant additional time.

Basically, there is nothing you could do to improve. I called at the last minute, you had the available truck, the facility is the nicest U-Haul I have ever been in, the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Wonderful experience! Thanks!

The windshield was excessively dirty. The last customer had even written "clean me" on the interior of the window, but even that didn't catch the employees attention. Also, wouldn't it be better to provide the truck with a full gas tank? It would be a lot easier for the customer to top it off instead of trying to guess how much fuel it will take. Besides, you can't get very far on 1/4 tank. Everything else went smoothly and everyone was professional.

No store in the area had the size truck that I needed. I needed a 17ft truck and the truck I got was a 20 foot truck. Although I did understand I needed it on short notice but allot of the locations did not have any trucks never mind the one i needed. But the over all service was very good and the gentleman that helped me when I arrive to the store was very personable and a generally good retail representative.

The staff at the location were wonderful, however when I had a problem with the time I was suppose to pick up my truck and had to contact the call center, the lady was so rude. When I ask her her name for future contact information she simply hung up on me. How unprofessional!

I am very happy with the whole rental experience but was disappointed when I was able to look over the agreement after the truck was returned. I purchased the Safemove insurance and on the green sheet which I had signed indicating that I would sweep out the truck before returning there was an existing damage description line which was blank. On the rear of the same sheet it had a description of the damage and it stated, Corner Cap is torn with a temporary aluminum tape repair. Here is the kicker...it said, CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF WATER DAMAGE! I feel that the front of this sheet should have been filled out so I could have read the detailed description and the fact that I would assume any water damage. It rained really hard during the move and my equipment wasn't affected by the leak but if I had been moving a mattress or couch, that could have caused damage. I feel that U-Haul should give a VERBAL report of any damage and my accepting of the fact that I assumed any water damage costs. If this were done, the customer would have the choice to ask for a different vehicle. Again, other than that, this renting experience was great. Thanks! George
