When I arrived they realized the truck was full of boxes. FULL. The truck had to be switched out which meant I had to wait over an hour with my kids and friend who was taking time out of her day to drive us. It was annoying, but I understand accidents happen. What was more frustrating was the impatience of the boy checking me out. First, he bruskly told me information that was not accurate (I was able to read all the fine print during my hour wait). He was just in a hurry to get rid of me. When he returned from the truck exchange it was closing time and he was even more impatient to be rid of me. Luckily an older gentleman calmly resolved all the issues and got me on my way, but not before the younger employee made his frustrations obvious including turning off the lights while we were trying to complete the paperwork and refusing to turn them back on even after repeated calm requests from his co-worker. Beyond ridiculous. I would have liked them to show me some features of the truck for driving such as how to turn off the lights and adjust the mirrors but was not given the opportunity. This is the main reason I got it a day early. Moving is stressful enough without silly issues popping up and taking extra time and patience. Lucky for me, I had some of both to share. It would have been nice if the staff member felt the same way.

Teach your central reservation agents to have some customer service. They were slow and did not facilitate a positive customer experience.

If the fuel guage is not at full, make sure to check that the customer returned it at the correct level. I had to call and get the extra gas that I was charged removed from my bill.

Outstanding service...however computer system was very, very, very slow at the store...I had to leave store after waiting for computer system to except my reservation, just took so long and then I had to call back later to insure reservation was good! The Personnel and trailer that I rented was excellent, computer system in store SUCKS!

Bad attitudes and the truck was in poor condition it shook alot and very loud.It seem as if it was rig especially the gas pedal. ...that may been the reason why I felt overcharge. I rented another truck on a later date,drove over a 100mi to a different city it had one head light.I'm thankful my family and I may it home safety.

The folks at this location were very pleasant and professional. However, there were only 2 staff members available on a Saturday morning which resulted in a 45 minute wait before I could retrieve the trailer I reserved.

I filled up the tank (which costed my $8.17) a block away from the cite I rented for 2 hours..dropped it off after business hours which I will never do again. Came back the next day to get portion of my deposit back to find out they charged me $8 for two gallons of. Gas if I need to use this company again I will only drop it off during business hours! Also they have my name in the system incorrect which resulted in a 30 minute wait to get my deposit back!

Well both times I picked up and dropped off there were more than 5 people in line waiting to rent equipment and only one person behind the counter. Also the person that rang me out told me that the 80 dollar deposit was not being charged to my debt card and would only be charged the difference of what it cost. My total was like 36 dollars but the 80 was still charged to my card. He told me when I first checked out by swiping my card at the time was just putting it on file not charging it. Regardless what I am saying is that your employees should be informed about what they are really asking to be done rather than giving false information to the customer.
