The new on line after hours check in system has some bugs to be worked out. Great concept, but it did not work to completion with my iphone 6. It would not recognize that I had uploaded the mileage photo, so I kept getting an error message when advancing to the next screen. Normal after hours check in worked well though so no problem.

I had the opportunity to drive the new Ford Panel van to Michigan and back. All I can say is, " buy more Ford Panel vans." They are a Huge improvement over the older panel vans.

The truck was not at the site on time and there was no other truck available at this site or as we were told any other site. Our truck was available at 1 pm, but when we arrived at 1 pm we were told it was not available and they had no idea when it would be. We were told to go home and they would call. Our movers that were on site at 2 pm had to be paid and left without doing any loading because we did not have a truck. We called the site at 330 because we had still not heard anything. They said to come in because they had the truck. When we arrived around 4 pm there was no truck available and we had to wait again. We were told while waiting we would get a $50 credit and possible reinbursement for movers for $120, but then they were not able to do it. They stated to call the 1800 uhaul number when we left. After about 30 minutes they were able to find a truck, but this time it was a 15 foot truck instead of a 10 foot truck that we had reserved 2 months previously. This was an additional issue for driving across country and cost more in gas to drive. When the 1800 uhaul number was called, they said they were not able to do anything until everything was closed on the account. A call was again placed after the account was closed, but again we were told we had to do something else and fill this out online. The experience and customer service was very below average. We were mislead about the reservation, when to show up, who to call, etc. I would not recommend uHaul in the future and will look to other companies for future needs.

At this location we always have issues with our bills. They are always charging us either extra days and/or for extras we did not ask for. Be sure to check your invoice. Not happy.

My contract was cut short and I was required to return the truck early. That put me in a huge time crunch. i would have appreciated the full 5 hours that I requested the truck.

The uhaul we reserved wasn't available so they called the day before to let us know that we would be upgraded for free. When I called the next morning to ask if we could pick it up early, they were very friendly and accomodating. I was very satisfied with the service.

My reservation was pointless. I had to give all the information again to the employee, who provided me with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. He hummed maniacally the whole time and repeatedly asked me to write him a check for $1million. The equipment I reserved was not available, and they gave me the wrong truck. I had to figure out my own mileage because their calculation came up with 129miles traveled (in 1.5 hours, I went just over 20miles.) One attendant provided me with a piece of the "show" equipment (it was all they had left in stock, but he went above to bring it to me), and the man performing some maintenance was polite when another attendant was trying to resolve the "wrong truck" situation as I was returning the truck. The girl on staff had more common sense than the employee who rang me up and processed the return, but if she was a manager that was unclear based on the service. You probably want to retrain your staff and figure out how to actually incorporate your online reservation service so it is not completely pointless.

The dolly fell out of the back of the truck and I didn't even use it,I had my own dolly....I only had the truck for 7 hours and it cost me $75 cause I forgot to sweep it out. I will probably never use uhaul again cause even getting what I needed when I needed it took many phone calls over the course of a couple of days to even get what I needed. Very disappointed.

Have more staff to help . it took me 45 mins to get thru the line to pickup the truck that I already had a reservation for. And then I took home loaded it . and it broke down 8 miles down the road and left us sitting there for 2 and half hours before we got it towed.

I rented a Dollie from u Haul and didn't received it I called the company that morning the Representative said I wouldn't be charge I return the truck and told the general manager the same thing and supposedly took the charge off I received my receipt and I still was charge I called the 1800 number and had to file a complaint I talk to 3 people in total and still got charge and still waiting on my refund for equipment I didn't receive I'm very discouraged and disappointed

The people at this location try very hard to be helpful and courteous to their customers. I highly recommend this location. Sometimes it takes a while to pick up your trailer because of the lines at the store. It would be nice if there was a special line for people who have reserved their trailer already.
