Very very dissapointed. I selected a pickup location that YOU gave me from a few choices. On the pickup date, I was informed that I would be picking it up FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Not only did that really mess my plans up, but the employee at the other location very arrogantly said "oh yea, sometime we can have you drive 50 miles to a different location cause it's not guaranteed that it'll be where you first select it." Whaaaaat?!?!? You would be out of business if YOU told a customer to go here, and later said "now you have to go here". If you give specific location, you as a company should do whatever needed to make sure that it's there!!!

Accurately report fuel level, both, when renting and when receiving. Make sure that dolly has the green seal (it was missing). Brakes were faulty.

The original location booked the incorrect numbers of days, we wanted 3, he booked 1, admitted he booked 3 and not sure what happened in the system, we could not complete our move.

Equipment was picked up at Springfield, MA location and the U-haul employee never bothered to explain how to use the trailer hitch. Employee (Papamarkakis) was quite rude and seemed like he hated his job. We were simply handed the keys and sent on our way. Our trip was from Massachusetts to Florida but after only a few hours truck broke down due to a faulty transmission line. Was towed 30 minutes in the opposite direction of our destination and it took over 5 hours from when we broke down to when we were checked into a hotel. Also discovered front bumper did not have screws on holding it in place on the passenger side. A one day trip turned into four days because the service provider (Auto Barn in Baltimore, MD) contracted to do the repairs took two days to make a simple repair which would otherwise take an hour. Even after the truck was "repaired" it continued to die on us on the way. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Will never do business with U-Haul again and will make sure to let social media know all the details of our horrific experience.

Reserved at location in Sturbridge, MA originally - they proceeded to tell me upon arrival that the trailer was either not there or covered in snow and that I could go search in the snow for it if I wanted to (I kid you not). Had to travel all the way to Springfield (a good 45 min drive) and was NOT pleased about it by any means. When I got there, my attitude was changed based on the customer service. I can't say enough about how polite and helpful the Springfield staff were.

Cargo van had a very strong cigar smell from a previous user. Also the van partition had a constant squeak while driving, and we put close to 500 miles, so it got really annoying.

The representative that signed me in and set me up with the trailer was very professional, very helpful, very courteous and answered all of my questions. He doubled checked the hitch and the lights and fully explained everything. Great job!

Customer Service on the return was some of the worst I have every seen, I will never use that location on Boston Rd. Springfield, Ma. again and if the other locations are the same I will never use U-Haul again.

i was overcharge on a recent rental on june 14...they claim i went over my miliage,,they were suppose to charge me 20 not 29 for a cargo van ..i made reservation on the phone, went to drop the key off ..i had no intention to go inside until they claim it was over,,,,even when i call to make reservation on lhe phone to pick up at 7 am,,i still had to do paper work,,they made me late and hour i was supose to leave town at 7 am it was almost 8 am when i left, that why i make reservation the phone so i can skip the paper work, i am mad

I bacicly paid double for my rental .. told the person behind the counter that i would be paying Cash and still was charged on my debit card. A refund was done and i was told it would be back on my card right away . 2 days go by and still nothing reflecting the refund . Now i paid cash and paid with a debit card for the same rental. Very unhappy . Would like my refund ASAP!!

The service at this location was very good. I was there less than twenty minutes when I picked up the vehicle and only ten minutes when I checked out. They had three people working the desk which kept people moving quickly.
