Under staffed. It took me 15 mins just to return the trailer. Young guy that worked with me was very friendly and professional. He gets an "A", but just needed more help for a Friday evening (5pm).

Due to an error on my contract the wrong droppoff location was on my contract. The Glenstone employee was abie to accept the rental there and save me the extr trip. I really appreciated his help.

U-Haul needs to have more company-owned sites such as this one. They have everything! The "neighborhood" sites simply fall very far short of what is needed, but the U-Haul centers are great.

They need more trucks! Trade out some of those cargo vans and pickups for some actual moving trucks, most people need a truck for moving.

entrance from side street (Commercial) would be helpful. Difficult to turn in from Glenstone busy traffic and if you don't know where to enter, you drive around in circles. Employees were very helpful

The location for pickup was great. The reservation from uhaul was very very poor. I called in two days before I needed it like I was instructed. I was told they could only hold it for two days. They said they had one for me. The next day I received a text telling me to call and confirm my reservation. I did that and it was about 15 hours before I was to pick the equipment up. They verified it and said the equipment was ready for me. I later received a call from the call center who told me that I could not have the equipment that they were locating one for me. I was already on my was to Springfield to pickup the equipment the next morning. I talked to a supervisor who I believe is not intelligent enough to answer the phone for the company. He said that the reservation really was not a reservation, that it is just to let the company know I need the equipment. He really needs to get a dictionary and have someone read to him the definition of the word reservation. If I make a reservation and then the reservation is confirmed, the equipment should be there as the company states. This is not the first time that uhaul has done this to me, and evidently from all of the testimony I found on the internet it happens way to often to other people. Either have the equipment where and when a customer is told it will be or do not tell them they have a reservation. It is just plain greed by the company to do this and then switch and make the customer travel to some other location to pickup the equipment.

The truck was junk and would hardly make it up the smallest hills. I have rented trucks from uhaul many times but this has got me willing to try someone diffrent with better trucks.
