Matt~ GM and Josh employee were not helpful at all. Josh said to me when I asked if he could show me how to use the back of the U-Haul that he didn't want to go outside because it was "too hot" outside. When I asked Matt for another receipt he said I hope this is enough because I don't want to have to do that again. Sorry I asked him to do his job. Truck stank and had food crumbs all in it. Also I was told your truck is out there and when I asked Josh which one he stated the one with the keys in it. I will no be returning or refer a friend. Very unhappy!

Gas gauge was difficult to read because it floats. Also, if 1/8's were used it would be easier to decipher how much gas needed to put back in the tank.

Place reservation on line several days in advance to pick-up. I secured 12 furniture pads & a trailer. When I arrived for pick up, only 6 pads were available! The girl said everyone needed them today. Yes we did need them! I thought once something was reserved that I would receive my full order. At least my trailer was there!

The truck I rented did not have a ramp I thought this was standard equipment on your trucks. I was disappointed because I was working alone & certainly could have used it. The representative told me all the trucks with ramps were being used for a local move, I was displeased but I had no other alternative.

I have used this location before. The staff is courteous and the location is well stocked. In the case of this rental the trailer was not clean. I had to sweep pine needles and sand out of it before I could load it up.

I had very difficult time with this location. I had to do an after hour drop off on a Saturday night. Called Sunday to make sure it was checked in, but it wasn't. Called Monday the day it was due and it still wasn't checked in. I had to go into the store to make sure it was checked in. If I wouldn't have gone out of my way to go in, I would have been charged extra.

There was a small hole in the roof. The lights were inconsistent. The service at the store was excellent. The manager knows his stuff and was very helpful as well as the assistant that helped in the return.

The workers at the actual location were very friendly and helpful. The the young woman I spoke to at the call center when I called with a question about additional hourly rates after 4 hours was VERY rude. After I waited on hold she remarked "I think I have answered all your questions (she had not clearly answered the ONE question I was asking) and I have other callers waiting in the que" Very unprofessional and not at all helpful.

the gas tank was supposed to be 1/4 full but when I got on the road it showed less than 1/4 full. When I returned it I filled it half full because the tank didn't show the 1/4. It was on the road that I found it was more than twice the amount I received it. it was then I was told I didn't get a credit for the gas and was charged for more than the 30 miles that was estimated. I was told someone would call me back but have not a week later received a call back.
