The... best... experience....e-v-e-r. I show up about 10 min after my reservation pick up time and see a uhaul is parked in the front. Huh? Could it be true? Was that mine? Yup! Ready to go. I walk in and wad happily greeted by Chanel. Professional and attractive. Really. Something has got to go wrong - at any moment. She tells me that's my truck in front, I swip my CC, check the truck out, and get the keys all in about 5 min. Holy baby Jesus. The return was even better. I got to meet Chris. He was a really nice guy. Fast and courteous. Being located in Stockton, I'm sure they get a lot of characters and deal with a ton of headach but they were great and deserve much appreciation. I rent from uhaul a lot I prefer this location.

I scheduled my order on line to expedite pickup. When I got there at 9:00 am, there were 5 custs in line and only one person at check in. Nothing but wait, wait, wait for service. It took an hour and 5 minutes to pick up a trailer that was already scheduled with my credit card to reserve. That's customer No service to me!

Original staff member i worked with had poor customer service skills. I recommend providing some additional training. Also my reservation was at 915 and the vehicle didn't arrive until 930, I understand those things due to human error but mixed with the poor customer service made my experience less than positive.

The truck was reserved over 1 month in advance and was to be picked up in Lodi. Lodi did not have the truck so the reservation was moved to Stockton without my knowledge or consent. When we dropped the truck off in Sacramento we were told that a reservation does not mean you will actual get what you reserved, only if it is available. That was not what I wanted to hear.

My equipment broke down out of state. The GM at this location was completely inconsiderate towards my needs. Everyone else I spoke to at UHaul( Phx location, roadside, was very helpful under the circumstances.

The lady who checked the van in as I was turning it back in, was awful. She has brown hair, thin, ruby earrings, and chipped off nail polish....she told me I would need to walk in the store to speak with her manager, she could no longer help me. She also stated that I would not be reimbursed for the miles that I did not use, when infact the genteleman I spoke to prior said that I would be. I paid for 100 miles, while only using 90 miles. I have not been reimbused for those unused milage. Hands down, this has been the worst customer service I have ever recieved, I will defenitely be taking my business elsewhere next time. Next time, I would like her to speak to the client with more respect and care, because of her I would never recommand my family and friends to that location. She yelled, talked over me, said no, and brushed me off to her manager. She never informed her manager about my disappointment with the extra miles.

I would just like to say that if a furniture dolly has been reserved it should be there for them. I would think if you have taken the time to go online and fill out all of the paperwork ahead of time, the equipment should not be a first come first serve basis which is what we were told. Its very inconvenient to your customers to learn everything they needed to move is not there. Just a suggestion.

Too many trips back-and-forth from the vehicle to the order desk to the vehicle to the order desk to the vehicle to the order desk . Things like inspecting the trailer for damage can be handled on your first trip out to help them when they're hooking the trailer at your vehicle .

There were at least 4 employees on staff when I picked up and returned my rental---only one of them seemed capable to helping customers, despite the line growing behind the counter. The rest were just hanging out. We had to call for help when we arrived, as everyone was in the back, laughing. The employees had inappropriate personal conversations amongst themselves while completing my order. It seemed no one wanted to do their jobs. The truck was great; the customer service was awful.

My experience was good because I dropped equipment off during normal business hours . My previouse rental was difficult because I had to drop of rental after hours and I could not find any signs or instructions on what to do and where to to leave equipment. I also think there should be a drop box for keys or paperwork. I ended up parking trailer where I picked it up at and had to call in the morning to let let them know it was there because they did not know it had been returned.
