The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible!!!!! I rented a trailer, the equipment was great, the personnel working at the location do not understand what customer service is. Find a different Uhaul location. I will never go back to this particular location!!!!!!

I reserved, and had confirmation of, a 17' truck 4 days in advance for overnight. When I got there I was told there was no way they could rent it to me overnight. I asked if there was ANY truck they could rent over night and they said no. It was imperative that I have the vehicle at that time. After arguing with the sales people for 20 minutes, they finally released a 10' truck to me. This caused me to make additional trips because of the smaller size. When I returned the truck the next day there was one salesman at the desk and, according to him, 2 more employees out back. I waited in line for 1/2 hour to be served, due to the volume of customers and the amount of time it took for each customer. The salesman was very patient, given that he was under a lot of pressure. It seems that this location makes sure they hire as few employees as possible to save costs, resulting in poor customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I attempted pick up at a location closer to my home but they did not have the equipment I needed so I had to travel further away from home this caused me to have to spend more money on millage. The attendant would not adjust the difference in additional millage. I find that a company of your caliper should have with out a thought allowed the credit for the millage difference. perhaps budget will be my next company I rent from.

My original pu location was in Taunton, but when I arrived, there was no one there who knew what was going on. They had a truck on location (ONE truck) but the man there said he did not know how to do the paperwork. I finally called the Raynham location , and Kim wa s life saver (for me and for your company.) I would recommend that you loose that Taunton location. The Raynham one is close enough for convenience, and it would serve your customers better to not even see that other place.

I got a uhaul trailer and when I returned it the guy said it wasn't hooked up right. Then this weekend I got a 17'. It wasn't clean, and the gas wasn't properly recorded and I got charged for it. Also the wait to get it was crazy and even with the early check in you still have to go over everything again. They also took down 2 credit cards.

U-Haul Employee very rude, dismissed customer concerns. I had a one way rental and was told I would be charged a flat rate of $110.00. When I dropped the truck off I was informed I would be charged extra for going over mile allowance. I tried explaining to the employee that I was charged a flat rate. He Replied I don't care what you were told you are paying the extra charge. I tried again to go over the flat rate charge letting him know I was not informed I had a mile restriction, I was told my rental is a flat rate from point A to B. U-Haul Employee again didn't care what I was told and replied I will bill your credit card with or without you permission!!!!!!

took over 1 hour to get agreement in place, only on person working, computer system was not working correctly. I called ahead one day before and it still took one hour to get truck and trailer and also took 20 minutes to retune, needs to be quicker

I was given a truck was fully loaded with Uhauls trash. After wasting 2 hours I needed to move to return, I was given a truck that had more gas to start. I was told not to worry about the discrepancy, then charged for it. They sent me to the 2 wrong return locations. I was flat on my back in ice for 2 days having hurt my back without having the help to move my things and the manager at Taunton credited 25$ and said he would not return any more money. If a Uhaul customer returns a truck with trash in it, you are charged 135$ If Uhaul does it it's 25$???? I will never use Uhaul again. I lost and had to pay my movers while I returned the trash filled truck, sent to 2 wrong locations and charged for gas I was told not to worry about. Have no idea how I didn't sign additional ppw but still got charged. Terrible service

I waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes while the employee was out back. He never checked to see if there was a customer and I had to go search for him. When I found him he processed the transaction, handed me the keys and pointed to the truck for me to go get, which was way out back in a parking lot and walked away.

The person that was working was not very pleasant. On his shirt said that he was the General Manager. He sure did not act like it. First my husband had gone in to rent a 10ft for that night or the next morning and he said he had nothing for either day. So when my husband told me. I went online and reserved a 10ft for the location. So when I got there to pick up. I asked if I could rent it for a couple more hours. He told me no because it was already rented out for the next day. So I said that is pretty funny because you said to my husband that you had nothing available for today and I went online and reserved it for today. So he was looking in the computer and said that I could have one later on. I said ok. If I didn't say anything he wasn't going to look to see if there was anything available for me. I don't know how Your customer service standards are but that is not how I see it. He never made eye contact always his head in the computer. He walk to the truck and handed us the keys and didn't explain anything to us.

There should be more customer service people the one guy that was there in the morning was running around like crazy. There were five people waiting to pick up vehicles I waited 45 minutes.
