The entire process was a lot more simple than I imagined and the man who helped us was very informative and polite! I would definitely use UHAUL's servies again in the future! I was also impressed we got a van so quickly considering it was very last-minute!

I reserved a truck for 8am online at another location. I got there and he said "Oh, it is for 10am, not 8am". I showed him the confirmation email. He said "Oh, traffic must have rescheduled it". He then said "We don't have the truck anyway so you will have to go to the other location. But you will get $50 credit since we didn't have the truck as promised". So I go to the other location, they have a truck, but not $50 credit. Where do I get my $50 credit? Do I have to spend an hour calling people and emailing people?

My contract said turn-in with 5 days use (turn in on 20 August), they told me in Spokane I had 6 days(turn-in 21 August, and if I typed in the order confirm # it said turn-in on 22 August. I turned in on 21 August and had to pay a 20.00 penalty. Not happy about that

I asked to have the ball on the receiver flipped and the employee said no problem. He was able to remove the ball, and it was almost rusted on, in about 15 min. Very good and fast service.

I do not know the particular employee's name but he remembered mine and even addressed me by "Rusty" which instantly made me feel at home. He explained why U haul would not reimburse for over fueling a returning rental which I accepted but don't agree with because I defuel and fuel vehicles professionally which is what I did in this event to recover my Fuel which I donated to a retired person vehicle. I am beginning a new rental with this facility again today. Arizona Truck Support L.L.C. emergency services for Commercial Vehicles on demand to any location 24/7.

Hello I am very disappointed in the service I received with Uhaul. I reserved my truck on the 20th to be picked up on the 1st. Per the e-mail confirmation I received I was to pick up the rental at 24th and McDowell. I called to check in on if I could pick up my rental early and discovered that my rental was moved to Apache and Priest. I did not receive a call regarding the change and had I not called ahead of time I would have shown up at the wrong location. The agent at Apache and a customer service agent told me that although had a confirmed reservation it did not guarantee that i would have the rental at that location. Only when I spoke to an agent in Scheduling that she confirmed that because I did not receive a call advising of the change and I was e-mailed the a different location I was able to get the $50 money back guarantee. I do not yet see that change on my credit card. She advised it can take three business days. Tomorrow will be day three and I will be calling back if I do not see the change to my card. I was to return the truck on Sunday and discovered the battery had died. I called the roadside assistance line and was asked my the agent if I had internet and that the quickest way to get assistance was to log onto the website. That is a ridiculous suggestion when someone calls the help line. I did as she said and disconnected the call and logged online to get faster assistance to jump the truck. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul and will not likely use your services again.

Scott helped me at this location. His customer service is outstanding. I've rented at this location a few times and each time he does a great job. He also recommended that I get a storage unit through UHaul and it made my move simpler and more cost effective. Thanks Scott!

I was over charged by one day because the person who received the trailer I rented did not check in the trailer at the time I dropped it off. The gentle man stated that i would receive a receipt via email. Well i received and extra charge instead I called three times and received the same answer as far as I should get a return call. No call came until I called the fourth time and then was informed I would be receiving a refund and the manager had called me. I received no calls and I will have to see if the refund went through. I think i will try another area next time. Perhaps the managers could call the customers and communicate a little better. If i payed my fees to rent something I would think the managers would be quick to resolve any issues that arise.
