New truck about 4 thousand miles. Very poor on fuel milage 8 mpg.

A smaller location, though staff was helpful. Could use more staff.

Dealing with Bobcat Rentals was the BEST U-Haul experience I have ever had. The staff cares about the customer unlike any other place I've ever been to before. Their dog Daisy (abandoned on their fence by a U-Haul customer) was a highlight of our visit as well.

The truck I had reserved two weeks prior to my move date was not available. The gentleman who runs this Uhual was extremely late to our scheduled time and wrote down the wrong mileage that we took the truck out on. It was poor customer service, disappointing from Uhaul.

Great staff and ideal I-5 location. This was my first rental with Bobcat Rentals and from now on I will only go to this location, they were the best! Plus, we loved their mascot dog Daisy! Keep up the good work guys!

We had to wait 40 minutes to pick up a 5x8 trailer as they had no one working in the yard and the lady working the desk didn't know how to move things around. They had the trailer blocked in so we had to wait until someone showed up to help. They decided to stop at the nearby gas station and fuel up when they knew we were waiting to get our trailer. We had made reservations online earlier in the morning and thought it would be ready for us when we got there. We were on a schedule and had others waiting on us to pick stuff up. So overall it was nice that they were open on a Sunday but poor business operations.

I waited over 25 minutes to be checked out because the key to the truck was not at the location. When I finally did get the truck, it was very dirty inside the cabin and cargo area. Coffee was spilled all over the dashboard and seats. The only plus for this location is they are open 24 hours. I have cancelled my future reservations for this weekend and the following weekend and am going to another truck rental company for better service.

The truck was a pice of crap, it had no power. And on top of that I spent almost as much on gas as I did for the rental.

Truck with special towing gear should always be considered

Employees gave different feedback regarding how the return was to be done. It took over 20 minutes to return the Uhaul...employee unfamiliar with system, and how to print a piece of paper.

the truck was clean on outside but inside was candy behind the seat and floor was not swept out. we also found cigarette butts in the ashtray.

On 11th m street I drove to Seattle to move my cousin it cost 50 I wouldn't recommend no one because the price will change on you the place is a dump. People don't know their job.

Make sure to get all your equipment prices laid out for you in writing. Check the equipment to make sure it works properly snd has no damage. If the equipment doesnt work 100%, do not accept it.

I'd recommend this location over several others. We were supposed to return the rental to the Lakewood, WA Shell station, but we're directed to Bobcat instead because staff had not been trained to accept returns yet. The service person at Bobcat was helpful, friendly and checked the rental in quickly.

When I picked up the truck, it had 1/4 tank of fuel & I was expected to return the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel. This was awkward to manage. Next time, I would like to pick up the truck with the tank full of fuel, and to return the truck similarly with a full tank. Will that be possible?
