Employees were busy with customers, but every time the 2 way radio made noise, they lost focus on what they were doing to take care of the radio traffic. Customers became by-standers to the radio traffic dialog. This occurred during pickup and drop off of equipment.

The location was great, however, the truck they gave me was not. It ran terribly and had transmission issues. I was seriously concerned driving it and felt fortunate to have made it to my destination and back without it breaking down. I also feel that I was overcharged for gas - I drove less than 36 miles round trip and got charged for 15 gallons. That seems a bit ridiculous.

Hey Team, Much much better!! Last time I was at this location about two years ago, or longer I was quite disappointed from the moment I walked in. The lady was slouched over the counter, so I thought "boy she must have had a long day" but it was barely 11:00 am. This time though, the reps were quite friendly and in very good spirits. They took care of me and sent me on my way. The lady who settled my bill this morning (Camille Williams) I believe, was very very pleasant and professional. She thanked me and wished me a good day. All of them were very professional. Folks, believe it or not but the attitude and body language displayed in business transactions speaks volumes of the business and its employees. I am an extremely customer service oriented individual and observe a lot from the moment I walk in until the moment I leave. This is a great location on New Hampshire Ave. please don't move it and keep hiring friendly professional staff cause it makes you wanna comeback. Thank you!

Great service, very clean and organized, and they even cleaned out the truck before I got in it. The fuel was just below full, and they marked it as full, so that was one downside. Overall, though, really good!

Truck broke down, because, there was no gas in the tank, the fuel gauge always on quarter, whereas it was empty. But, it wasn't the location's fault. This cost me time and money.

I was embarrassed by the treatment I got from one of the person who was supposed to taken care of me. It was ridiculous to be mistreated (treated in a careless fashion) both during pick up and return.

Remove the equipment that I did not request from the truck. Why do you ask if I want a dolly at check-in if you are going to lock on inside the truck anyways? If I wanted a dolly or blankets I would rent them. Do not stuff them in the back, taking up valuable space for my items, the ONLY reason I rented the truck. When I asked the "manager" to remove the items because we did not need them and would need the space, he said that his employees would charge me for using them if I left them at uhaul because I didnt want them. WHAT!? Are you the manager or do I need to call the CEO to oblige this simple request. I get the reason to have them there, in case someone wants to use them later. But I had my own dolly, my own blankets, so get them OUT OF THE TRUCK please. If I find out of another company to rent from, ill definitely be going there next time I need a truck. Everything else was great about the experience, but the sour nature of your manager at 8am was enough to make me pay more elsewhere and avoid the bullsh*t run around. The manager was an older white gentleman, working Saturday morning 3/28. Perhaps he has the final say... and thats why ill be going elsewhere next time.
