The drop off was bad the gm of Tampa was the most rude person ever and got over on me good I was charged 94$ for return but I wanted it to be charged another account that's when he took a chance t charge me 46$more now we are about to take this to a new level don't go to this uhaul location

There was only 1 dolly on the truck. I requested two on my reservation. When we opened the truck we only had 1 to work with which made it harder to move. All was well with response times and customer service. I just wish they would have checked my reservation to see what was ordered.

my original reservation was at the 11401 W Hillsborough Ave(E Of Westchase Entrance) tampa, FL 33635 they messed up my reservation and i had to travel 5 miles out of my way to pickup another truck at the other U-Haul located at 4406 W Hillsborough AveTampa, FL 33614 Shaun at the U-Haul was excellent and i would recommend using his location. the other location i would never use again. i have a 1300 mile trip coming up which i need a truck if i receive a discount from Uhaul i will use the service if not i will use another service. the people at the westchase location where very rude and blamed me for the mistake.

The manager of the store recommended I get my vehicle inspected after I explained the situation with the transport and how rude the the one young gentlemen was . He was smoking and I had hook the rear of my vehicle to your stupid transport and we raised concern with car scraping and my wife and I were trying to figure out how to get out he said oh just drop the side fender down .

Have more personnel available to complete the paperwork. Although I had reserved the truck several days in advance, we had to wait quite a while to get to the counter as there were several people waiting in line at 7:00 AM.

More people at the rental counter or employes that can help when there's a line of customers trying to rent. I don't think I haven't been at that location when there as only been one person serving help and a line of three or four waiting.

Melisa is the worst person i have ever dealt with she is ignorant and has no people skills whatsoever and should nor be working with the public she is your typical loud mouth minority that feels entitled and should be detailing cars at a car wash as this would be moire in line with her skills,a formal complaint was filed and i hope she gets fired!!!

I highly recommend this location in the Tampa area. The other Tampa locations were horrible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Do not waste your time with any other Uhaul location in Tampa.

They did not have the truck I needed but they upgraded me know problem with no extra charge. The staff was awesome and very friendly. Overall a great experience!
