fix the visor in the truck I rented.
Start with a FULL tank because it is difficult to refill the tank to 7/8 full. You waste my time and money as I try to get the tank back to exactly where it was when I picked it up.

When I reserved the truck I also reserved a hand dolly. I was disappointed by the fact that when I picked up the truck there was no dolly available. And I had given a weeks notice of the pickup. Other than that great experience

Your staff were both friendly and helpful. I have been in Uhaul companies in tampa and in new york, that were filthy, the staff used foul language, and the vehicles were dirty. This facility however was the opposite, it was clean and excellent and I will use them from now on.

The tail gate of the truck did not open at all. The key I was given got stuck and I had a hard time pulling it out. Not to mention I had to load and unload my furniture with the gate closed which was a nightmare. I do not understand how does this location not inspect if the trucks they are renting out work. They definitely charge the entire amount for it. Also, Sue(or whatever her name is) and the other guy are both lazy, have a very bad attitude towards customers. When I called them up the next morning to report about the tail gate issue, she was very quick to reply back saying that she has opened the gate before and I was having a hard time starting the truck even when I picked up the truck. She just looks like a smartass to me who she is very lazy and bad at her job. How can Uhaul have such people working for them?

Truck was only a few months old which was a nice surprise, but the new style Ford key is to fat to fit in the key drop box. i dropped mine n a payment flap nearby, but if you plan on dropping out of hours you may need to make arrangements.
