The trailer was filthy when received and the folks at Steeles Hardware are the most difficult to deal with every time I've gone there. There are 3 other locations I could pick up the trailer that are closer than Steeles, I wish we could get my next trailer at one of those.

Steele's Hardware was great. U-Haul needs more larger trucks in it's pool. Nothing over 14' was available in the area from any agent.

the person really did not check out the truck with me when I picked it up and basically just wrote down the mileage and gave me the key. Would have liked a little more info before using the truck. Could not adjust the mirrors they seem not to move, so had to stoop down to see out of the truck. Would have liked a ramp to load the furniture. Other then that it was ok.

I couldn't pay cash for the rental and put the deposit on a credit card that if something was wrong they would charge the card. I knew I wouldn't be back before they closed.
I've done this before at other places.
