Was a little disappointed in my selection from the U-Haul website. The images of the trucks available look longer than what is provided on site. I'd recommend a profile view of the vehicle with a length measurement underneath. This would make it easier for the consumer to better understand what they were reserving.

Tamra at our UHaul location is fabulous. I have worked with her 12-15 times over the past few months and each and every time she is phenomenal. From calling last minute for a trailer, pick-up, to answering any questions, and constantly being professional and courteous. She is referred to as our "friend at Uhaul" within our business. She's great. Would highly recommend this location and staff to anyone in need of personal or professional equipment rental services in the High Country!

When I originally got a bid online I started 400 mile trip. Went in next day got truck n contact. Sales girl asked again bout the 400 miles. Bid was $98, when I checked out the bill was now $223 when I asked bout the increase I was meet with distain that I had enough reason to ask. It turned ugly due to the lack of respect given by the employee till I had to threaten a dispute with my cc company. Eventually it was explain but I still feel some what tricked but the bid, the original paper work n the final bill. The truck was nice except for no cruise control which made it hard for an almost 500 mile trip. When I went to return my vehicle the party following me had said that the back lights went out as soon as I put in drive. I also got a ticket because the odometer was not working correctly. Overall it would've been cheaper n saved me a whole day to pay a $400 delivery charge since it will now cost me over $500. Overall rate somewhat distatisfied

I wasn't sure if they were understaffed or just slammed that particular day but it took over 20 minutes of waiting in line to return two dollies and to ask a question. They were helpful and friendly, but not very fast. Again, not sure if it was just a super busy day though.

The call cent er put my truck time from 5pm to 5am when I specifically requested 24hr truck rental. When I went to pick up my truck they made a reservation right before 5am so the original 26ft truck I needed wasn't available so I had no choice but to rent a 20ft truck so I could keep it for 24hrs. They charged me the full 117.00 not the 79.00 bill even though the screen said as long as you pay with a cc you wouldn't be charged the full price. This place is ridiculous I had to do more trips this cost me more money & all I got was 1 dolley - I will not be a returning customer

The customer service was poor. I had a reservation for 10am to pick up a 17' truck on Sunday the 26th and first the person that rented before me was not back yet. Since I was a little bit early I left and then came back. When I came back I waited over 50 min before someone was able to assist me with my reservation. The truck was not ready so I had to wait until they cleaned the back. I was suppose to have the rental for 24 hours but I did retun it the same day and dropped it off after hours. I have a dispute with the charges because they charged me 68.50 more for fuel when I returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that i checked it out on. I have pictures that I took when i returned the vehicle to prove. I have called several time after that to get this resolved and Kimberly that ansewers the phone is very rude and when I aske to speak to the GM she send me back into the phone que so that I get transfered to the customer care answering service.

This particular u-haul location was an absolutely awesome place to rent a truck! my son had just returned from a three year stint in Hawaii for the Army and is moving on to Fort Carson, hence the truck rental. I asked if there was a military discount and fortunately u-haul offers one. Sierra and Michelle were awesome in their effort to help me but the computer wasn't being helpful. I left paying full price. They gave me corporates card and I called and spoke with Tawny who was also very helpful. Chadron Muniz stepped in and within minutes they had honored a 20% discount, normally 10%. This young lady was incredibly nice to me and made sure I was taken care of, just tremendous customer service! it's wonderful to see that personalized customer service still exists. I don't wear a hat, but my hats off to the York location U Haul and all of its employees, thank you so much! :-)

The truck I was given smelled so strong of fertilizer we had to have it washed inside before we could use it. The girls at the counter were great but the guy that met me at the truck for inspection didn't want to be there! Moving trucks should not be used for chemicals........PERIOD!

We were to pickup our truck at a different sight but did not realize they closed at 5. We called and was able to transfer to this address and pick up the truck we needed. Everyone was very helpful. I have never had an issue with Uhaul and have used several times. Thank you.

Look beyond the body of the vehicle. This truck engine did run rough when driven, and did not start smoothly after second overnight parking. Did make it back to U Haul yard after repeated ignition starts with accelerator use in "park" to get motor to warm-up and idle for drive.

They didn't have the truck reserved for us that we made reservations for. In turn we needed to make two trips instead of one... had we had the truck size we placed a reservation for we would have been able to do the whole move in one trip.

I didn't get the dolly I paid for and I was charged for 2 days instead of 1. I need a refund. I talked to Greta on Saturday and told her about the dolly, she said she would make a note on the file not to charge me and this did not happen.
