the truck had just a little over a quarter of a tank of gas. It was very hard to figure out how much gas to put back in the tank. If the tank was full or close to full it would be much easier to know how much to put back in.

VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED FROM RESIDENCE BECAUSE OF INOPERABLE IGNITION SYSTEM WE LOST ONE DAY OF USE WITH THE TRUCK AND LOST TIME EVERYTIME WE STOPPED FOR FOOD GAS OR HOTEL AS WE COULD NOT GET IT STARTED...WE ARE VERY DISATISFIED...HAVE TO RENT ANOTHER TRUCK THIS WEEKEND 8-2 WE WOULD LIKE SOME CREDIT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

See above comments.... I will not ever recommend uhaul or use them ever again. Very unprofessional and long waits for absoloutley no resolve. I will be posting my horrible experience with uhaul on every docial media outlet.

More training for new hires. Had some issues trying to extend my rental over the phone because of the way a new hire swapped out equipment in the beginning.

They were there to help quickly when we arrived and got us on our way quickly. The only thing I would say- I was suppose to receive a receipt via email which never came through- if I could get that I would appreciate it- email address is e.goodman19@gmail.com last name on the reservation was Goodman, thank you!

We waited an hour to get our rental. One person working the counter while the other two walk around. Once the red head decided to start working, she took all easy transaction first. Jesse did the best he could. He was great but other than that the whole experience was terrible. A lack for customers etc.

I was told by your customer service center to return the trailer to another location. When I got to that location I was directed to the above location because the original drop off point didn't have space for another trailer.

I got the worst truck I have ever had. It was 1980 with 200k miles on it. It was hard to start, the dash bounced up and down like it was going to fall off, the glove box would pop open, and it seemed like it had no shocks. Also I could barley get up to speed with the truck empty. I said something to the representative when I dropped it off he said "Yeah I don't know why we still have it, but it gets the job done". Seriously come on! I could have spent the extra $15 and got a newer truck from Enterprise,and likely will from now on.

The back of the truck was dirty. We had to sweep all the dirt and left pieces out and then we did it before returning it. I feel that the guy the checked us out could have cared less about the issue but I found this very upsetting. I feel that there should some kind of compensation because we had to take out time to clean out the back. Please contact me at 303-518-1776.

Get people that are competent to work there. Had Calita Pittman try to help me. Horribly incompetent. Quoted me the $54 for a trailer when I told her multiple times that I was taking it out of state and then they charged me $435 for taking it out of state. I am now trying to get reimbursed for the difference. Very poor knowledge of what she was supposed to be doing and in doing so cost my hours of time and hundreds of dollars.

I contracted a 14' truck and a 4 wheel duly from this location. I took the 14' truck to my residence at which time the Movers told me the truck was too small. I immediately called the location at 75th and York I was told by somebody that works there that they were too busy they were unable to help me I needed to find a different truck to replace the one I had rented????? I then headed over to the location on Irma Drive. I exchange the 14 foot truck I dropped it off at the Arma location and took a 20 foot truck to my home. Only had possession of the 14 foot truck for approximately two hours. After we loaded the truck I went back down to York and 75th and picked up the trailer at which time I loaded my car on it. I had electrical problems with the trailer the following morning at which time I return to 75th and York everyone at that location including the manager that attempted to help me was very helpful the people that came to fix the truck they can quickly in the truck was taking care of we had her lights and we left for Florida. This is my complaint I have made upwards of 15 phone calls filled out several in writing responses and his been over a week I haven't got one phone call from anyone. I was charged $1642 was also charge $1460 as well I have been credited just under $400 to this point. I should be charge for his the rental of a 20 foot truck as well as a four wheel transport and insurance on the transport dolly from Northglenn Colorado to Orlando Florida. I have made numerous requests for people to call me and straighten out the problem and yet nobody has called me. Put in three request for the manager on 75th the call me today alone and haven't received a phone call. The customer service when I called has been fine the roadside has been fine but other than that I'm very disappointed in my whole experience with U-Haul move was stressful enough without the pressure of having an additional $1600 charge my credit card for two rental trucks. I would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible please I repeat please have somebody contact me. Lloyd Selby at 720-296-2465

The trailer was in excellent condition and performed fine for our 2 week trip. Staff here was very friendly and prompt both checking out the equipment and returning it. Would definitely use them again should I need a U-Haul.

when i reserved my trailor it was set up to be dropped off at a location on 112th,which is near the apartment i moved to-they refused to accept the trailor from me and i had to find my way to the york street location which was quite further away and very inconvenient for me. i am very dissatisfied

The light inside didn't work and we unloaded part at night and that made things difficult. I parked my car behind the Uhaul and shined my lights inside which worked, but it was a pain. The Uhaul also had problems starting. We loaded the truck at our storage unit and it had a hard time turning over. This happened over and over, and we got freaked out thinking we were stranded. The truck was clean though, just beat up. The guys at the counter were very nice and did a good job.

The most deplorable experience of my life. No truck available despite 20 emails and five hours of on phone and on holds with U haul. I am elderly and disabled and abusively treated and my load unload costs tripled because of U-Haul's incompetence.

One to have your computers not so close together so when you have two or more customers at the same time. You don't have to keep on asking, "What did you say?", because you can't hear them over the other transactions taking place. Then the salesman thinks your stupid or can't hear then starts to treat you poorly like mine did. The salesperson doesn't have to correct you if they know what you mean. Fridge dolly, appliance dolly, really? And they have to tell you after you say, I thought you said this and then they tell you, "No, I said this". Really? they can't just let that go?
